It can be very difficult balancing work, family life and the dreaded yearly MOT. I arrived at Stratford Mini with a broken door, crisps crushed into the seats and a huge children's car seat. I was talked through using a mini electric car to borrow while my car was being fixed and staff were understanding and patient when I arrived over 10 mins late for the car pick up the next day. They waited behind and were sympathetic despite having to stay late after work. I was not an easy customer at Mini as I was tired and stressed - however, I was reminded by the service manager that they were there to help and told it was OK to be late. I really appreciate this - so thank you.

Motability purchase
From the first time I enquired about a Motability vehicle I was assisted and given all the information I needed , to the point where i placed an order within a couple of days.
I was kept updated on the progress of my application from day 1 to when I collected my Mini Countryman with its unveiling. All the staff are very professional and friendly and I was looked after by Alex, Jack and Edward from start to finish. Overall a very positive experience

My experience at Sytner Mini Stratford was excellent. I found the process to be relaxed and easy. I thought Jack and Will were very knowledgeable and they made me feel special. Positive review for Stratford on Avon
Within a week , I chose and picked up my new mini aceman. I dealt with Ben and Wil and had an A1 experience . They were knowledgable , honest and friendly . Trying to get used to an all electric vehicle and struggling with certain aspects - they couldn’t have been more helpful . I took my 2020 mini to Sytner Stratford…
I took my 2020 mini to Sytner Stratford for an MOT and Brake fluid change the charge was £279. My jaw dropped I was charged over £200 for the brake fluid change. When I looked up how much it would cost elsewhere it was £49. When I asked why it cost so much I was told that's just what Sytner charge. I would advise anyone going to Straford Mini to check the cost before leaving your car, I feel completely ripped off

Awful awful costumer service
Awful awful costumer service. I booked my vehicle for routine service and needed to wait as I couldn’t leave the vehicle all day. Drove all the way to Stratford only to be told that my appointment couldn’t be found, after searching, my appointment was apparently found but wasn’t booked in for a waiting service. I decided to re-book specifically for a waiting service. My brother took my vehicle back the second time, as I have two young children and no childcare that day, only to be told that my appointment, which I had booked in person, was still not booked for a waiting service. In the end I gave up and booked my service with North Oxford garage instead.

Mercedes-Benz of Stratford is Misleading and mis-sold
The lady over the phone told me diagnostic charges will be £234 and if i want them to carry out the work then this cost will be incorporated towards the cost of the repair however this was totally mis-sold as I was charged for repair and diagnostic both. I sent online enquiry three months ago and today no reply at all. I am extremely disappointed by Mercedes-Benz Stratford. I will now write to Financial Ombudsman Service
