A perfect Mini customer experience
The showroom is tastefully and comfortably furnished with great customer facilities, but more importantly, the staff are friendly and helpful. My consultant, Will Lewis, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, prompt to reply to enquiries/requests, and always professional in his approach and manner. The car itself is wonderful and, although I had to wait for its launch, it was well worth the wait!

I had my brakes done at mini Stratford upon Avon …. Abby was an absolute star, she rang me as my car was being assessed by the service team. There was also a re-call which caused some complications but they got the car back with in the day!!! The gentleman who collected my car and brought it back was lovely. I always use this branch even though I live in Warwickshire… they go above and beyond! Thank you …

Mandatory recall for 1 hour - still waiting
Went in for a mandatory recall, advertised as taking no longer than 1 hour. So far we're a month down the line and they still have my car in for repairs due to the issues to the exhaust system they have caused from doing the recall.

Amazing service
Will and the team have been fantastic. The events leading up to me needing a new car have been very stressful but Will and the team have gone above and beyond to ease the stress.
