Great customer service without being pushy
Popped into Mini Stratford-upon-Avon and Will Lewis arranged for us to have a test drive the same afternoon. He was busy with other customers when we got back but we left our details and he contacted me shortly afterwards with news that MINI had a vehicle available in the spec we were looking for and it was due into the dealership within a week or so.
After a number of email and phone exchanges I ordered the car the following day and took delivery on the agreed date. Prior to delivery Will even gave me options for registration numbers which I’ve never been offered before and was a really nice touch. Before driving away Will talked through the various in car options and helped us set things up so when we pulled away the car was just as we wanted it.
Working with Will has been a very positive experience. He was helpful and approachable and kept me informed throughout by phone and email.
Will is positive, proactive without being pushy and a pleasure to deal with. I would be very happy to recommend both Will and Rybrook/Sytner MINI.
I have contacted Will since purchasing my new car regarding accessories and he’s been equally helpful after purchase.

Quality Experience on Countryman purchase
What was clear was that Sytner Stratford (and Warwick) value operating as a team. They understood exactly what we were looking for and sourced precisely the right vehicle quickly. This was a remote sale and proactive communication to keep us up to date could have been a little more attentive and some internal processes could be improved but in the round this didn't impact the outcome. Overall - good job!

The reception staff made the experience a pleasure from the start by offering refreshments. The test drive was great with a lovely back seat valeting companion to chat with.
The sales team came up with an excellent deal and the collection of my new Mini was a truly positive and exciting experience with all my questions answered and some post-collection support. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
