Professional and friendly
Professional and friendly. I thought things had gone a bit ‘corporate’ since the change to Sytner, but recent experience has reminded me more of the Specialist Cars days. I know a lot of business is corporate, but never lose sight of the loyal individual customer who has bought into the BMW brand for years.

The service undertaken at Tring was perfect. Unfortunately there seemed to be a misunderstanding with the Luton office. When the car was purchased we were told that the first service would be included, Luton denied all knowledge of this! Leaving me in a very humiliating situation. When I contacted Luton they were rude and one of your employees put the phone down on me. Very disappointed with the conduct of your employees.

Everything was perfect: from booking the appointment to the warm welcome by the efficient and friendly receptionist to Jack, the engineer, who went above and beyond in helping me rectify a couple of technical problems I had as well as fix my car and communicate well about the process. 10 out of 10.

Exceptional service every single time
The level of service, from booking car to collection, is exceptional.
Alex, the Service Advisor who dealt with me kept me in the loop every step of the way whilst the technicians were working on my car.
The team was thorough and provided detailed information on any faults or issues detected, unlike another BMW Service Partner I'd taken the car to the week prior.
Sytner Tring's attention to detail made it easy for me to confidently authorise additional work to be done on the car. Having gotten it back, I am reminded why I always go back to them, whether to purchase a new car or get one serviced.
I've previously bought 2 cars from them and have had my last 4 BMWs serviced there and have never been disappointed. The way I drive away feeling as a customer is something every company should aspire towards.

Ahsan was polite and professional and a credit to BMW
Ahsan was professional and polite throughout the sales process. I was switching from an X3 to an X1 and didn’t want to loose any of the features I had enjoyed in my X3 but equally not pay too much for the X1. Ahsan was very supportive of my needs and the changes in pricing that came as we explored different models and extras, but stuck with me until we found the right car for me.
