Slight delay at reception but friendly and efficient customer service. The service and MoT were completed more quickly than I expected and the car was valeted nicely. Glad I had their expertise in our locality.

Darren Henshaw was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He is so efficient, professional, responsive and accurate. He is also really friendly and helpful. Darren’s manager James is also exceptional to deal with and made me feel really comfortable as we went through the finance process.

Car went in for its first service after…
Car went in for its first service after 2 years. All the staff were very friendly and the car was ready a couple of hours later. They sent a video with the work carried out and all was very professional indeed. This is my second Mini from them, and I look forward to seeing them in the new year with the idea of buying my third new car from them. Highly professional and very friendly indeed.

With a stressful flat tyre on the M25…
With a stressful flat tyre on the M25 Sunday night my car was towed to Sytner Mini Tring Monday morning. I called them at 9.10am and was told reassuringly by an amazing chap called Lloyd that my car had just arrived. He promised to call me back once he had some info for me. Sure enough he called and told me had a tyre in stock and he would turn my car around in that day. And he did! (After being told negatively by the recovery guy “you won’t see your car for 4 days”)!
Lloyd did everything he said he would including calling me at each stage. He had the most helpful and positive manner especially when my experience left me very stressed. What a fantastic ambassador for this company-what a shame I don’t live in Hertfordshire as I would have no doubt in using this dealership. He also arranged to have me picked up by the lovely sales girl Gabriella so that I could collect my car mid day.
