Tom Kelly is an exceptional ambassador for Syntner Mini; my husband even bought a Mini himself (I've been a fan since 2004) on the strength of Tom's customer service. He arranged a courtesy car which allowed me to have a service, MOT, air con refresh, dash cam fitted and 4 alloy wheels repaired in one go. My Mini was returned looking immaculate. Very happy customer.

Very professional service throughout. Sam was very accommodating with booking the car in for my very specific date and time requirements. Lewis the service tech showed a great attitude by wanting to remain involved in fixing the intermittent issue after being involved in the initial diagnosis (and he did!)

BAD CUSTOMER SERVES
I have been told one price and when the bill comes with few more hidden charges.
I paid £25 for a loan car and the boot was full of things.
It’s not the way to treat customer like that, bad customer service.

My car was in for another recall and yet again the service was exemplary - it always is.
There is a really good reason and that is attention to detail mixed with great communication and support throughout. We were lucky enough to have Samantha Wright as our service advisor again and as every time before she was faultless and kept us informed with a relaxed no pressure friendly approach- thanks Sam you always make a BIG difference!

DO NOT BUY from Sytner BMW Worcester
I contacted this dealership while looking for a new car and noticed several other dealers offering strong discounts and excellent service. After a call and a visit, I decided to place an order for a new BMW M5 and chose this dealer based on their promises of high standards and customer care.
Unfortunately, the problems started immediately. On collection, it was clear that whoever completed the PDI had missed obvious issues. I was assured these would be fixed if I returned the car within the week, but that turned out to be the smallest problem.
Over the next four weeks, the vehicle developed multiple driving issues, especially with handling. In hindsight, I should have rejected the car straight away and got my money back and gone else where, but the dealership repeatedly reassured me they would resolve everything. That trust was a mistake. What followed was a cycle of delays, excuses, and empty promises.
Communication became a joke and required a visit by travelling 30 miles at a time to say whats happening. When you’re buying a car, they call you back instantly. Once there’s a problem, you might as well be shouting at a wall. After multiple calls and visits trying to reach a decision, the car was eventually replaced, but even then, contact was minimal and the experience was far below what you would expect from a premium brand.
Having previously bought three Audi RS6's from Sytner, I expected the same level of professionalism when purchasing a new BMW. Instead, this was the worst dealership experience I’ve had. Assurances weren’t followed through, the process became a joke, and I would not use or recommend this dealership to anyone.
