Some bumps but Louis went above and beyond
Very lucky to have come across Louis working for Wakefield Audi. Evidently committed to his clients and the quality of the cars he is selling, (even amidst some complications) he managed to rectify my concerns and provide exceptional customer service. The branch (and brand) are lucky to have him. Ricky from the business team also provided very good service. These two gents have reinstated my belief in the brand after repeated poor service from another Yorkshire branch. Go here instead - and ask for Louis. Very happy with my Q3 and service offered.

Excellent customer experience
I bought my first Audi recently from Syntner Wakefield. Louis made the process really easy being available throughout the process with any questions that I had. He made me feel valued as a customer and ensure that I was happy with the whole process from first making contact to collection. Second hand car, new car service.
I recently bought a second hand Q4 e-tron from Wakefield Audi.
On entering the dealership I was greeted by friendly reception staff and asked if I needed help. I was then assisted by Louis Baker who was extremely helpful and friendly.
Nothing seemed too much trouble and we were shown some cars and were able to sit in, look at the boot space etc. My daughter uses a wheelchair and she was with me and able to test getting in and out. I was able to put the wheelchair in the boot for size comparison and then Louis offered a test drive.
The first drive was only a short one mainly due to the traffic at rush hour but it was enough to get a first impression. Louis then sat with us to further discuss our requirements and he had a look at what cars were in the dealership sites not just the local ones.
I left feeling confident that the car was what I was looking for and that evening Louis emailed me lots of details of similar cars that were also available.
I contacted Louis back and arranged a second visit where I had a longer test drive including some motorway. Louis was again very helpful and offered his advice and expertise.
We worked out a deal and arranged the purchase.
Louis had always been on top of communication with clear emails about what was required and how things were progressing with preparing the car.
On arrival on collection day everything was very slick and ready.
The car was clean and prepped as if new and was waiting in the handover room under a sheet. This felt like the icing on the cake and not what I had expected or experienced at other dealers when buying a car. The handover felt special and was great touch.
Louis was extremely helpful and arranged a small service appointment to iron out one issue with minimal fuss.
Overall I have felt well looked after by Louis and the dealership even though I wasn’t buying a new and super expensive vehicle. I felt that the service was great and I didn’t get treated any differently than someone buying a new car.
The car itself is a pleasure to drive and doesn’t look like a secondhand one. It was well prepared and serviced to be sold as an approved used vehicle.

Louis was very friendly and helpful and ensured our used car was in tip top condition when we collected it.
He was keen to ensure we properly test drove the car after the issues we had had with our previous Audi's suspension being far too rigid.

We have just driven away in our new car today and could not be happier!! How best to treat a Customer when buying a New Audi
If you are in the market for a New or Used Audi, go no further than Wakefield Audi (ask for Louis)
I have recently purchased a brand new RS3 Carbon Vorsprung and I have to praise (Louis especially) the overall experience and Customer Service which in my opinion was second to none.
Their commitment to the Customer is admirable and nothing is too much trouble, from maintaining contact throughout the entire process to being there to answer questions and provide advice & guidance when necessary, sets this Dealership and Sales Team apart.
My last point would be to highlight the effort taken (by Louis for me, but is standard at Wakefield) is the entire Handover process which they strive to make it as special as possible for the Customer
A great Team (shout out to Louis who has been fantastic throughout) and I urge anyone to visit this Dealership as its the best one I have had the pleasure of purchasing from
