Went to the TGI Friday's within the O2. After eventually being seated. We waited 25 minutes for our order to be taken. While we were sat waiting we had a birdseye view of the serving hatch area. The m... See more

Never going back to a TGIs
Waitress was rude, food arrived cold, waitress ignored our complaints saying it was too busy. Won’t be going back to any TGIs again.
TGI Friday at The Fort
TGI Friday at The Fort, Glasgow, visited with grandchildren. Did not have a good experience. Burger was very poor quality and not as advertised. Single, dried up burger on a bun, with dried cheese, instead of double burger and the bun was so hard it was inedible. No explanation given for the food not presented as advertised, until questioned and really poor excuse given. Steak tough and very chewy, not pleasant. Manageress took burger off the bill.
Very expensive for such poor quality.
Dirty glasses and cutlery.
Poor service, had to ask for cutlery, napkins, sauces. Will not return.
Charged double and refusing to refund
Charged double and still haven’t refunded after chasing for over a week now. Poor service inside the restaurant and the nachos are tiny, but yet, very expensive.
Would not recommend this establishment…
Would not recommend this establishment in Reading at all such a shame because i know what we should expect as long valued customers.
We witnessed the waitress jump behind the bar tonight because there was still not any service after fifteen minutes.I was thankful but we also witnessed another customer showing her how to pull a pint and by the time I tasted and looked at it's content I could not taste any beer at all , a larger shandy £8.95 <
Very politely queried it but the waitress school age decided to tell us fk off and get out under her breath.
The manager appeared and offered another shandy I said no but if there the same price as a pint of larger I'll have a pint for my bro but the response was no ?
The manager sounded scared of his waitress she was screaming in the kitchen we witnessed other tables returning food.
Bad all
Dirty table, no cutlery, badly cooked meat, and cold food. I pointed out all the problems, but the manager did nothing to show that he was sorry. I believe that in this way, it will not have a long life. It will close. Less than one star.
Room for improvement 🙏
Visited TGI Fridays in Coventry tonight. Very young staff appeared to be very poorly trained. Long bench seats were sticky. On a positive the food was nice & they had 0% Larger & 0% Guinness to drink. Staff struggled to apply a discount voucher correctly to the bill. However, the staff were pleasant & helpful, just need a bit more training & I’m sure a good branch manager could make big improvements 🤞
Don't go to TGIFridays
We ordered a £150 gift voucher as a present for some friends, they have never received an email with the gift voucher in and the money has gone out of our account.
No way of contacting TGIFridays to sort this out.

I couldn’t believe I was charged nearly 11 pounds for a glass of wine 20 pound for a burger and fries then was told to go to Wetherspoons next time because I complained about the prices
Went for birthday meal
Went for birthday meal, table for 6, not been for years. On ordering was told they had no steak, then after checking told they did. Waited 90 mins for starter to come out, tasted fine, main meal very disappointing, kids plate beans had not been heated at all, rest of the plates food was cold apart from sizzling fajita's. Burger bun was black where it had been burned, ribs were burnt. Restaurant half empty so wasn’t busy. Had to call waitress for more drinks each time then took ages for drinks to arrive. Very disappointing considering prices

Artur at Staines TGI Fridays was fantastic offered recommendations on cocktails very social and assisted with food choices - very prompt service with a smile excellent - will be revisiting if that is the kind of service offered
Very disappointing – not worth the money
I used to love TGI Fridays but it went downhill so not been for a few years so thought we’d try it again but my recent visit was really underwhelming. The food quality has gone downhill and it’s nowhere near as good as it used to be. Portions were noticeably smaller, and it felt like they’re cutting corners with cheaper ingredients. For the price they charge, I expected far better – it felt overpriced for what we got.
I also couldn’t help but notice the restaurant wasn’t very busy at all, which makes me think others must feel the same way. It’s nothing like the old days when it was always lively and worth the trip. Sadly, it has lost the value and quality that made it a great place to go.
Service fine, food poor.
Service was fine, polite and friendly.
Menu very expensive, eg sweet potato fries over £6, pit beans £6.99, small portions. Smash burger dripping in fat. So generally service fine food and price poor.
Disgusting—- burnt food offering
Waiters encourage the qr code . The burgers burnt to a crisp, the bun the same . First time visiting and will definitely be the last after taking my son for a birthday treat in st David’s Cardiff McDonald’s would have been much nicer
Unbelievably Rude TGI FRIDAYS Employee
Three friends and I (late 40s - mid 60s) visited the Buchanan Street, Glasgow restaurant last night (Friday, July 4th 2025). We were there for around 90 minutes (leaving around 10:40pm I believe) and spent £130 - not a fortune. Upon leaving and realising it was raining, we stood at the entrance / exit area deciding which way to go before venturing into the pouring rain. Imagine our surprise when we were approached by a man who said he worked there (and joined shortly afterwards by the security guard - an Afro Caribbean gentleman) and told to ‘jog on’ and move out of the way. It was implied he’d help us on our way if we didn’t. His approach and behaviour was totally inappropriate to four guests who were not impeding anyone from entering at all. He in fact only wanted to vape at the entrance anyway. The man I’m talking about was wearing some kind of dark sports shirt and has dark hair.
I’m appalled TGI FRIDAYS employ anyone who has such a disrespectful attitude towards its customers, particularly older customers who merely stood at the top the stairs for a minute or two.
After visiting on my sons 16th birthday…
After visiting on my sons 16th birthday in January. I have finally wrote this review.... Food was horrendous... They ran out of burgers, bread buns,.... Asked did we want something different... Came at different times cold... Then my son had to be rushed to hospital straight after...
Turns out he had an allergic reaction to the Seasemchicken with secret sauce... Problem is no idea what is in the secret sauce.
He was flushed, lightheaded and his heart rate over 130...not exactly fun and scary for my son.
No explanation nothing.... Will not use again and all food should have ingredients advertised!!!!!! Will be seeking legal advice!!!!

Prices are extremely high for what it is. £199 for a family of 7. Could have gone elsewhere and spent no more than £130. Shame as we enjoy the food but won't be returning at those prices
Ordered drinks
Ordered drinks, 20 mins later we had to ask if they had forgotten them, brought out bottles no glasses so had to ask for them, my beer was warm, waited 40mins for meal, when we were told 20 mins as we had to catch train, when it came it was luke warm, awful to have to eat cold chips and spare ribs would have sent back but we had to leave to catch train, service was appalling, warm beer and Luke warm food, we will never go back. This was at Westfield Stratford
Charged twice for the same meal, Leicester Square…
We were charged twice for the same meal and since Nov 2024 we have tried to claim the money back (£87.80). Twice we contacted the helpline and got no response. The bank got involved and eventually, over 3 months later, we were refunded £0.80p!! We contacted TGI's again and explained this was not acceptable and are still waiting for a response. Now, over 6 months later, we are no further forward. We only want what is rightfully ours. TGIFriday, Leicester Square.
