What made my experience great was gary…

What made my experience great was gary the man who attended he was the real deal, top marks to him. not really the aa , they are usually trying to poke obstacles to money grab, big corporation trying to capitalise take advantage on some poor average persons misfortune

Help, my battery is flat!

My battery was flat. I was able to go online and then speak to someone to report the fault. This was quick and easy. I was given a wait time of about an hour, but Carl the AA man rang me and arrived much sooner which was great. He asked me questions, managed to start the engine and explained clearly why he thought the battery had gone flat. (Apparently if you leave key in ignition, which I had done during a lunch break, this can drain power from battery). He then made sure I was able to drive to a garage where the battery could be sorted. Thank you Carl, great service!!

Daniel was professional, polite, responded to my call quickly, and solved the problem efficiently allowing me to get to a garage safely .

Excellent and rapid service

Excellent and rapid service, and the battery was replaced for a reasonable cost. Windows would not work from the key fob after replacement, and a solution was not offered, but I found the fix on Google, and all was fixed again in 5 minutes

I broke down on the motorway

I broke down on the motorway. Call was handled professionally and quickly. Assistance unit was with me well within the agreed time frame. David, the technician was superb and made sure I got to my garage safely.
