I discovered some old tokens of my mother’s that dated back over 20 years. A quick google told me they were still valid, but I would need to replace them (free of charge) for up to date tokens with a PIN. The process was very quick and straightforward. I emailed an image of the old tokens and received replacements within 24 hours. Kay Adams-Ripley from their customer service team could not have been more helpful. Thank you 😊

I get a theatre token voucher every year as a birthday gift from my mother and every year I love it! It’s available to use at so many theatres! This year I had a slight technical issue with my voucher, and within 5 minutes of emailing I received a response and a resolution from Kay. Thank you so much for helping me out so quickly, you are amazing! 10/10 would recommend

So got a present - gift voucher and card wasn't going through so wrote out another one; got charged extra £2.99 - sent an email and Henry sorted it out the following date. What fantastic service. I am sure my daughter and boyfriend will very much appreciate this.

We received Theatre Tokens for Christmas 2024 .
I have had to contact theatre tokens last year due to damaging the pin & this year to check on their expiry.
On both occasions, I received such speedy and helpful responses . I could not have required anything more.

Received as a gift but when I’ve tried to redeem told they are invalid. I’ve sent 3 emails to theatre tokens and left 2 phone messages. All these have had no response! It’s been 2 months now… is this a genuine company? Avoid I’d say

Excellent customer service from Kay from start to finish. I contacted them and the same day Kay sorted out the issue I had with the token straight away. She responded to my emails the same day. I required assistance with some ancient tokens from last century that I'd forgotten about. My query was responded to and dealt with quickly and effectively. Big thanks to Kay over there who helped me.

Found some old theatre tokens which I wasn't sure I could use (and then I totally destroyed the voucher trying to scratch off the pin...). In both cases Kay responded to my emails almost immediately and then arranged for a replacement e-gift card to be issued to me. Fantastic, speedy customer service. Highly recommended. It's also brilliant that the tokens do not expire - better than so many other gift cards.

Love theatre tokens but had an issue with revealing the pin number on one of my gift cards. Emailed theatre tokens and the issue was sorted very quickly and a e-token was issued to me instead. Brilliant customer service and a great way to give/receive the gift of live entertainment. Would 100% recommend*****

The retailer took my payment but failed to deliver the tokens and was very unhelpful when trying to resolve my case. So I contacted Theatre Tokens support directly and they were excellent in taking my case up with the retailer and making sure that everything got sorted (Particular thanks to Henry on the TheatreTokens team!)

Absolutely fantastic product and service from the team. It was so nice to have such a quick and professional response the team. After getting our original vouchers wet and unusable they were swiftly converted into a digital voucher that we could use against a show this Christmas. Thanks again guys Kev
