Ordered a new mattress from Furnshop , as good price and good delivery. Smooth transaction and delivery within the week. Follow up call to confirm order and post delivery to make sure all was okay. Recommend these guys.

Good service, one of the products i ordered went out of stock so it should
of been made noted on website rather than finding out via phone call after a few days, refund was promptly given and my
other product was in good condition that

Had a delivery slot booked, then told on the day of delivery, the delivery company hadn't picked up the item yet from supplier (Which isn't this company)
Confirmed with this company (Which trades under several different names) that the bed hadn't been sent & I could cancel the order and re-order with a more reputable & reliable supplier.
I'm now receiving multiple voicemails to say the item has already been dispatched. When I call back to attempt to confirm the order has been cancelled (Which they've emailed to confirm) I'm told to wait 14 WORKING DAYS (3 weeks) for a refund which in real life actually takes 1-3 working days.
Wish I'd paid slightly more to order with a different company originally and saved hours of my life dealing with these clowns.

The company were very helpful in answering my questions before purchasing so that I was confident that the chairs would be exactly what I wanted. Delivery was timely. Overall extremely satisfied with everything.

It is always a concern purchasing an expensive piece of furniture online, but I have to say I was really pleased with the service I received and blown away with the quality of the product. Thanks!

Well made product, good communication and really appreciated the two man delivery service to the room. Will definitely shop here again. Also knowing it is a family business gives me extra comfort.

This has been such an easy hassle free company to deal with! Ordered 8x dining chairs and needed a replacement due to one being faulty. Such an easy exchange process, chairs swapped over when replacement was delivered. The couriers even wanted to put the chair together to check it was satisfactory.

Excellent communication. Company rings to let you know your delivery date and again once item received to guarantee customer satisfaction. Item arrived intact and pleased with the product. Will look at this company again for further purchases.

Had an issue with my order, and trouble contacting them as the opening times under the 'call us' heading are listed as 9-6, however the lines close at 5. Was called back after my initial review by Roy, who dealt with my issues over the phone. Was offered a discount for the trouble but opted for a refund (I had already made alternative arrangements elsewhere due to time constraints on my end). They were happy to facilitate this. The whole thing was dealt with within 3 working days and Roy offered various options to make things right.

Found it at a very good price at The Furniture Shop. Took some time to arrive which I expected but was kept up to date regularly by Customer services.
