The Heating Hub Reviews 

Stumbled upon Heating Hub when researching for a new combi boiler. Very well written articles that is up-to-date and comprehensive. Especially on topics like Boiler Plus / OpenTherm & Boiler Modulation / Boiler Sizing, which a lot of installers either have very little understanding of or choose to gloss over them hoping that the clients don't know about it. Compared to the info I found through Which Magazine, the difference was absolutely night and day - Heating Hub was superior by far.

Sent a follow up question to Jo and she even very kindly called me back about it. It was only then that I realised that Heating Hub also provides a heating consultancy service, which in hindsight I would've gladly paid for given all the time and effort that I had to put into researching boilers as well as all the time wasted dealing with completely clueless gas engineers who didn't know half the information provided by Heating Hub!

I spoke to The Heating Hub for advice as we have an ASHP which is costing a fortune to run. They were very nice and helpful and if I get any more problems are happy to try and help find a solution.

I needed a replacement boiler asap. The heating hub put me in contact with a knowledgeable experienced local fitter and made recommendations so I did not feel pressured to go with the big-name brands but knew of some alternative brands which would work well too. All in all very happy with the service received and would recommend again. The cost was worth it too as it saved me money on the job itself.

Jo was very helpful to me. She is thoughtful when many heating engineers don't really "think" - they just do. You need someone to properly think things through so you get the best service and Jo did that.

As a complete novice, i wanted independent and thorough advice/ tips for selecting a power flush provider. The website gives exactly what is needed and is set out in an easy to navigate way, with plain language which is easy to understand!

Great Service and 1st class mannerism also called back as promised in a matter of 10 min.

We needed a new boiler and wanted to some research into the different ones available rather than just be sold a rubbish one! It’s an excellent website with so much information that’s written in a way that’s easy for everyone to understand.

Spoke to an engineer on your site, promised me he would ring back and didn't. Rang him again and he told me he was on a job, but would see if he could pop over after. No phone call, no show. Disgusting

Shame there's nothing on it for hybrid boilers working with heat pumps.
