Very horrible company and owner, they are very nice at first but once you pay over your money and sign contract they treat you like you know what. Whenever something goes wrong which is their fault they pass the blame to their customer. I know others who have had the same problem but much worse. Damaged house, plumber cursing them out in their own home and poor workman ship its ridiculous.

Unprofessional and unreliable. This is based on 2 years of experience of using The Heat Hub. We had an oil boiler installed and our wood burning boiler stove re-plumbed and new flue liner fitted. The problem is the knowledgeable and experienced engineers who give you the quote are not the same people who turn up to complete the work.

The original plan was for the work to be completed over 3 consecutive days. In the end it was double this, which is not a problem as these things happen. However, it was spread out over 2 months in the middle of Winter, meaning my wife and children had to stay elsewhere throughout, and running the risk of frozen pipes. They cancelled visits at the last minute, blamed me when I was not able to accommodate the new dates they gave me, and every day they did come they started late. In between visits they left the house in a state; bits of pipe everywhere, dirty handprints on walls, even a puddle in my hallway after they caused a leak that they did not mop up. They even used my personal supply of pipe lagging instead of bringing their own. No apology when I complained, in fact they accused me of lying and told me I was having my hallway redecorated anyway (which wasn't true).

After finishing, the engineer came round to sign it off and found they'd not followed his diagrams and they had to come back and redo some of it. Then when first using the wood burner, they'd let so much rubbish get into the pipework that it blocked the back boiler, water couldn't flow and started boiling inside the pipework. Again when I rang they belittled me, I had to call repeatedly until they sent someone out who confirmed it was dangerous and rectified it.

2 years on and we are still finding faults in their work. The man who services the boiler showed me how the installation manual states they should have used a larger expansion tank. The chimney sweep pointed out the flue arrangement was wrong. To their credit they came to rectify the flue, however they fitted it badly again and the top vent to the burner no longer fully opened, making it almost unusable. Again when I rang they tried to tell me this is just the way it is now days, I had to complain before the manager agreed to send someone out to fix it. Of course, this took 2 months and multiple phone calls to arrange because they never call you back when they say they will so you are always chasing them. Then, even though you book an appointment 3 weeks in advance, they cancel on the day without informing you (you have to ring them to ask them where they are, "oh sorry, we're probably not going to make it today").

Avoid at all costs, and if you do happen to go with them I advise you specifically to ask them not to send Matt to complete the work, as it appeared to be him who made all the mistakes and who was behind the poor advice I received over the telephone.

Awfully rude people, parked across a drive of my neighbour and refused to move even though I asked and they were fitting a boiler in my house.
Price almost doubled from original quote and feel they took advantage of a pensioner.
I would advise going to a more reputable company as they are untrustworthy
The lady is a liar, they try and say it's a different company that carry out the work when it's not, just check on companies house. They got a lot of very bad reviews and just tweaked a name to get around it. Don't be fooled people. Disgusting, disgrace of a company(s)

We decided to have a gas stove rather than a conventional wood burner & we went to The Stove Hub in Rochester for their advice.
They have done an excellent job and we are so pleased with the end result.
Friends & visitors have complimented us too on how lovely it looks.

Overall very happy with the installation of our wood burner and fireplace modifications. All of the fitters we dealt with were very pleasant and did a good job. Have already recommended this company to others.

Excellent service from start to end, comprehensive information on options and choices, site survey and supply of stove was on time and achieved promptly, good price and payment options, installation very professional and to high standard, very pleased with the overall result the stove looks great and keeps us snug and warm in those cold winter days and nights

Work force were spot on, unfortunately the slate slab was damaged and 3 months in the repair is still to be fixed.
Also the wire cover from the chimney top was removed and left on the roof.
If the aftercare was as good as the installation process this would be five stars.

Work carried out when they said to a standard I expect. Tidy during install and made good any finishing at end.
