One article must have gotten lost, I emailed and they resent it. ..No hassles!

I was very pleased with the delivery. I was phoned to arrange a day and the driver, as promised, rang me half an hour before hand. Everything in my order was delivered on time as promised.
The bunks and mattress that I ordered were in perfect condition and have gone down, or should that be up!, a treat. I'm thrilled to bits

Would definitely reccomend to a friend. Bought random gifts and purchases( Tshirt, bed, wall decoration) all arrived on time and in excellent condition.

Lovely bunkbed! Bought this as it is a bit shorter then your normal bunkbeds and a much better fit in a box room. Was easy to assemble, and the built in shelves makes a very special storage for favorite books, teddies and football trophies. Our only minus is that the lower bunk could have been just a little bit higher of the floor, but that's only a tiny little annoyance. Ultimately the boys are happy and so are we!

The toy box I ordered was very good value for money. Loved the design as it had a space for little hands to open the lid safely without the worry of fingers getting hurt! Once opened the lid was securely held in the open position until closed! Also a good height for a little child to sit on! Would definitely recommend this to a friend!

We ordered a bunk bed that was due for delivery, but unfortunately the wrong colour was ordered by the Kids Window. They were very apologetic, and we had to wait a couple more weeks for it to be delivered. The delivery driver was very helpful, courteous and polite - a credit to the company. They seem a nice, friendly, busy company.
(Bunk bed wise - not Kid's Windows fault, but we had the same bunk bed a couple of year's earlier made from same company, and it feels as though the manufacturer has cut corners as it is not as well made as the older bunk bed - therefore should be cheaper!!!)

Ordered a wonderful Rainbow Fairy dress for my grandaughter for her 5th Birthday...I was genuinely absolutely thrilled with it, and what is more so is she! It's currently hanging right beside her bed so she can see when she wakes up...This colourfull pretty garment was just "as seen" on the website. Thank you everyone at The Kids Window.

They really understand the term "good customer service" and when our item went missing in the post they dispatch a replacement without question.

I ordered the midsleeper bed and mattress for my daughter having been advised it may take up to 14 days for delivery.
After I chased it up it finally arrived a month later, Iwas not impressed as it probably would never have got here if I hadn't chased it!!
The bed however I cant fault! It took me 5 hours to put together single handedly and would have been much quicker had I read the instructions properly!!!!
The bed is sturdy, excellent quality and looks great. It works so well in my daughters small bedroom and the space underneth has become invaluable play/storage and the curtain around has kept it all tidy.

The book is very attractive and I will order more in future.

I bought this book for my niece and she loved it! It reminds me of a book that my sister had as a child which she has kept. I hope my niece will cherish this book and keep it until she is older! The kids window are a very professional service and are excellent with communication! Thanks very much.

I had a complaint about a small flaw on the product. I contacted the kids window and within a week I had a brand new replacement with no hassle at all.

The delivery was fast and the product was good quality. The only reason I have not given this 4 stars is that they sent the costume in a smaller size than I had ordered. Fortunately it did still fit my daughter as she had to take it in for her school play 2 days later.
Would (and have) still recommended this website to others.

Did not proceed order util chase them 2 months later, person who assembled the bed badly damaged wooden floor, customer service does not follow up, send a bed curtain for refund over two weeks ago and still no refund. I really would not recommend this company!
