Great choice if goods. I have never had a problem with ordering or delivery. Always very prompt delivery service.

Prompt delivery and I put it away for christmas. Got it out to wrap and realised that I'd ordered wrong size and was well outside return date. Phoned customer service and no problems. Return is on the way. Great service and good quality products. Well done.

I ORDERED MY DESK A VERY LONG TIME AGO, AND ONLY BECAUSE I CHASED THE COMPANY LAST WEEK (HAVING HAD A REQUEST TO REVIEW SERVICE) DID ANYONE REALISE I HADN'T RECEIVED IT. I AM NOW WAITING FOR THE LATEST DELIVERY. MY MONEY HAS LONG SINCE LEFT MY ACCOUNT SO I'M AFRAID MY OPINION IS NOT VERY FAVOURABLE. PLEASE ASK ME AGAIN WHEN I ACTUALLY HAVE THE ITEM I PAID FOR SOME TIME AGO!!!!

We were really impressed with the service of The Kids Window - the website was easy to view and use and the time line of the delivery was exactly right - no expectation was set too high or out of reach - it does exactly was it says on the tin. The bed arrived and we are really impressed with the quality of it. It looks fab and exactly like the picture on the website.

Bought two personalised door plates for my grandchildren's bedroom. I was delighted with their quality and the speedy delivery. They looked exactly like the picture on the website and my grandchildren loved them. These were replacements when they moved rooms and were much cheaper than the ones I had bought before from another online supplier. It certainly pays to shop around.

I purchased the personalised book, and all I can say is WOW!!! I know a very special little girl is going to be so excited to find out there is a book written about her and her friends!
Can't wait to see her face Christmas day!!

I recently purchased 3 personlised childrens Christmas books, two the same and one different. As requested, I gave the names of two best friends, but was slightly disappointed with one of the 'same' books. I listed the names in order of 'best friend', however in the book, the 'second best friend' was mentioned 5 times and the 'first best friend' was only mentioned 2 times. Apart from that, books OK.

...........but having ordered alsomst a month ago I still have not recieved it!

The service and delivery from Kids Window was first class. I was unsure oft he size to buy for my son, I dropped an email to ask the question and received a helpful response straight back. Delivery was speedy too.

I am really annoyed as I ordered a pirates costume on the 9th December 2011 and I was advised that the item would be with me in 3 days. When it still wasn't with me by the 14th December I phoned them up to advise them that I was off on holiday and did they know where the item is - the man I spoke to said it was with the post office and should be with me soon in time for my holiday on the 16th. The 16th came and went and no items arrived so I went on my holiday and thought I would deal with it when I got back.

Unfortunately when I arrived back around the 9th of January, there was still no sign of the goods and I tried to get in touch. No answer on the phone so I sent an email. After a week of no response to my e-mail I checked out their website again and sent a web enquiry, still no response.

So here I am no item, no refund and no contact... makes you think twice about online shopping.
