Oder experience from Switzerland
I did my oder 4.08.2022, but still didn’t receive a parcel . Also on a DPD website written that they even didn’t get a parcel from you for delivery too - today 19th of August. I paid 40 pounds for delivery (!!).
Yesterday I ask for help from your shop in a e-mail letter, but so far have no any respond from you.
So, can only say that so far service is not good.

I am so sorry that you are disappointed in the service that you have received. I have taken a look at your order placed on the 15th July, and can see that you have been in communication with our team since the Sunday 24th and that they contacted you this morning with an update once they had received a response from DHL regarding your order. Unfortunately, the label was damaged in transit, this has now been rectified and your order is due to be with you in Kuwait on the 31st.
Regarding the other order you placed with us, unfortunately, the item that you selected is only available for shipping within the UK, so we were unable to deliver it to you in Kuwait.
I hope that you love your beautiful order when it arrives.

Great Value and easy ordering shame about delivery
Great Value, easy to order. It’s only not a 5 star because of delivery from Evri. Evri disgraceful delivery standards meant that I had to search local streets for 3 days to determine who had my parcel, as Evri just dismiss your enquiry as to where your parcel is, because they have a photo of a letterbox (which wasn’t my home) and there van was in the area … then it must have been delivered.
