I do not have to add more than everyone who mentioned the property manager. I will second everyone mentioned before this "whatever you want to call it".Worse property manager.
There was a gate slamming all the times and wakes me up at night. Told them many times, but did not care.
Very noisy area. Powerful cars/bikes noise 24 hours
Excessive amount of dogs that charges you, with mean owners.
Spots of water whenever it rain that you have to pass through whenever going to your apartment.
Very noisy neighborhood.

This had been my third purchase , and I am delighted to come back to the Property Advantage family. Overall had a great experience. Although the sale fell through a couple times, more so down to the property, Linzie managed to get it sold quickly and was great communicating with myself, both sets of solicitors and the now vendor. I didn't feel out the loop at any stage and she would call with updates whenever necessary or message on WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend!

Team at Property Advantage were absolutely great, I had agreed on a purchase of a property and had paid a reservation fee, unfortunately the sale did not go through. The team discussed the issue and as soon a decision was made my reservation fees was refunded within 2 hours. No hassle no long emails just a quick and easy transfer.

They 100% have the experince and knowledge on putting deals togeather and guiding them through what can be difficult legal processes, communication is No 1 in any Business and extremely important in buying and selling property/investments and they hold this as a priority to keep sales progressing as smoothly as possible.

Initial engagement

This was the first time we had dealt with Property Advantage. The relationship started with an initial conversation with Richard one of the owners. Really nice to meet one of the senior members of the team just to understand the culture and the way the business operates.

Communication

With any transaction, communication Is critical, and for us that was a 10 out of 10. Really well coordinated by Linzie and the rest of the team.

Physical property visit

We were impressed by the fact that the team arranged to physically visit the property… and on the back of that gave guidance as to what would be an appropriate valuation… and approach to sale.

Client Database

Our Property which is a HMO based in the Northeast was then marketed to the client database. Property Advantage appear to have a fairly extensive reach both national and internationally.

Systemised

Looking in from the outside the business is obviously very systemise. Each member of the team having a very clearly defined role and most importantly each member of the team briefed on the progress of the sale.

Integrity of the team

One thing we value in businesses is integrity. Consistently all the way through the process all promises by the team were met. within the timescales they had agreed.

Special thank you to Linzie who was our prime point of contact… always positive… always helpful. Selling property is not easy these days but she took away a lot of the pain.
