The team were very professional from my initial introdution through the valuation and viewing process with Richard to the offer and sale process. Though we got caught up in Covid which caused many delays of various natures my Sales Progressor Francesca was relentless in keeping the process moving along, sometimes following up with solicitors, valuers and Letting Agents on a daily basis. Really impressed with these guys. The info is presently exactly as an investor wants and needs to see it. Linzie has been really easy to deal with and they have a good variety of properties.

Fee structure is great for the investor as it means they are not selling properties that vendors will pull out of and also means you are not left trying to recover fees if the sale does not go through.

Lastly, they have all of the background paperwork for the property, which means you can make a informed decision on the purchase (rather than discovering this during the process with the solicitor). Saves a lot of time and money.

I have worked with a lot of these firms but these are the best by far.
