Having a large chunk of capital trapped in the HMO we had developed two years ago, I was sceptical of talk of cash buyers purchasing on a yield valuation. But that's exactly what happened and we have walked away with all our cash taken out, and a tidy profit too.

It's an expensive service at 2% of purchase price, but the service I got was worth it. We were kept in the loop at every stage of the process and Fran was quick to step in when anything stalled. I'd happily recommend and will use TPA again in future.
