From a practical point, they just get it. A great and diverse stock backed up by a thorough understanding of the landscape. You always get an honest assessment and straight up answers. And they listen - no blanket marketing but a personal service, targeted to your needs and strategies. Overall I find them to be totally in tune with the information and assurances I need as an investor, transparent and always positive in solutions.
From a personal perspective they are fair (looking out equally for both buyer and seller) and always honest and enthusiastic in finding the middle ground that leaves both parties happy.
