My experience from start to finish with the team at The Property Advantage has been second to none.
I sold several houses and though it was quite a long process they held my hand every step of the way and was very reassuring, particularly as it was the first time I had sold any of my portfolio and didn't know quite what to expect.

Vicky and Fran were there daily and weekly to support and answer any questions and sort through any obstacles ensuring everything was going to plan updating me all along the way. Vicky took away any concerns and I found Fran to be a bit of a terrier never letting go of anything that needed to be completed, very thorough and persistent.
My experience on the whole was incredible and easier than I could ever have imagined but only because of the wonderful genuine care and support I received.

Fran and Linzie from The Property Advantage were fantastic throughout the whole process of selling my investment property in Wales. Being a foreign owner they both communicated with me almost daily and guided me through the whole process. What a truly fantastic experience of selling. The Property Advantage provided a first class listing of my property which resulted in huge buyer demand and a number of viewings from qualified buyers. Sadly we have to agree with Annelise. Poor choice of contractors. There was much to like about what was done but we were disappointed with the way it worked out in the end. Hopefully the company will make a better choice of third-party contractors in the future.

TPA helped source a HMO property for me earlier this year. From start to finish I have been seriously impressed at their service. When I first spoke to Richard I did almost think his promises and suggestions may be difficult for them to live up to. However, they added massive value to what I was trying to achieve, helped me achieve a better price than expected and most impressively their superb team communicated clearly and consistently throughout.
