Richard and the team at The Property Advantage exceeded my expectations in every department! Not only did they manage to sell the property for more than I thought it was worth, they kept the sale going through during the COVID-19 pandemic and managed to get it over the line. Communication was great and responses were quick. Can’t really ask for anymore! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough, they are the real deal!

Very pleasant experience!

There was nothing I could fault on behalf on The Property Advtange, for their seamless assistance in helping my transaction. Chris Reed in particular, was very friendly, understanding and was always available to take messages, emails or calls.
He made the drawn out process, from lenders and solicitors tolerable, so thank you to him for keeping everyone sane throughout the process.
