absolute worst customer service imaginable

Absolute worst customer service and problem resolution ever. will never buy from them again. Ordered on the 14th and will not even get my order until the 26th if im lucky. They never shipped my order , and never contacted me when it was supposedly lost.they claimed it got lost in transit yet ups tracking states they never even received the package. i emailed them 3 times and never received a response. Good luck calling them either, they dont ever answer. i finally got ahold of someone on live chat and they refused to ship the package with a fast enough speed to get me my order by christmas. Delivery was available yet they chose not to do it! When i asked to connect me with a supervisor , i was told they wont do live chat. She stated that i need to call in. i told her "whats the point of that when no one answers the phone!" i told her to have them call me since they dont answer and she stated they wont make outgoing calls. If they screw up your order, they will not go out of their way one bit to fix it. i look forward to never buying from them again!

you would think that geeks would be smarter

making a purchase here is like sending your money into a blackhole with the hopes that one day maybe you will get your item, or even a response from customer service when then doesn't happen. don't hold your breath

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!

Good luck getting your products! After 3 weeks chasing my order of 8 shirts, and paying for expedited shipping, I found out the order hadn't even left! I had to go to DHL to find out, as the customer service at thinkgeek is so bad no-one ever responds to you. I had to get Paypal involved to get a refund - still waiting on this, hopefully it will come through. They're good at taking your money, but supplying what you paid for - not so much! Don't buy from these guys, they seriously shouldn't be in business, and I've been a daily online shopper for over 12 years. Get your act into gear Thinkgeek or get out of the market. Warning! Don't buy from them!!!

Bring Back Zombie Products

What happened to the Zombie Blood & Zombie Jerky???? Do you not want us to be prepared for the apocalypse? Seriously though, it seems like everytime I find a product that I like they pull it off the store. I thought that these had been discontinued until I found the manufacturer (Harcos Labs) and their online store where I can buy the blood and jerky.

dissapointing

Before ordering a Christmas present from thinkgeek i contacted their live chat and was told that it could take up to 3 weeks for my item to be delivered to the UK as it was the 1st December i thought that would be fine, if cutting it a little close. and proceeded with my order

Today (December 20th) i contacted live chat again and was told that it takes 5 weeks over the Christmas period. To say i am disappointed is an understatement. If it had been made clear in the beginning my item would not get to me in time i would never have bothered ordering. I was unsure about ordering in the first place, and certainly will not be ordering again.

Do not bother ordering from this company if you are not in America

I have been shopping at ThinkGeek.com for years now, and I am always impressed. They have a wide selection of fun, interesting, unique, and helpful products. Despite their name, you don't have to be a geek to enjoy this website and its products. ThinkGeek.com keeps up with current trends, including TV shows, movies, games, and more. They have everything from apparel to kitchen accessories, so you will be sure to find something to delight and please you, a friend, or a family member. My orders have always been received quickly and fulfilled accurately. Plus, with their Geek Points I earn free stuff just by buying the things I enjoy!

Perfect Gifts for Those Tough-To-Shop-For Friends!

Think Geek is my go-to place when I'm looking for Christmas or birthday gifts for my husband. He has wish-listed at least half of the inventory on the website! Beyond that, at Think Geek I can always manage to find something fun/interesting for those friends that are terribly hard to shop for. They run good sales, they keep up with current geek trends as well as all the classics (Star Wars, Star Trek, Firefly, BSG, etc.), and they ship quickly. All around, they are the real deal.

Great site for gifts (for people you have no idea what to get!)

We all know the person who is impossible to buy gifts for. You ask them what they want and they just shrug and say, "Whatever." Unfortunately, I have quite a few of those people in my life which has caused me to fall in love with thinkgeek.com
I've lost count of the number of purchases I have made for family, friends, and colleagues from this site, after I've exhausted myself trying to pick their brains for a hint. And despite the fact that I usually stop by as a last resort, every gift I have gotten for someone has been a hit. I regularly see friends and coworkers sipping beverages out of a coffee thermos or beer mug I've gotten them as a gift. It's nice that they use it and enjoy, so thanks, thinkgeek!
