We made our house purchase, on a buy-to-let, around 18 months ago and Thomas & Thomas were excellent throughout. We then had an administrative issue which took ages to sort out (Vendor's solicitor didn't help). All resolved by Emma and her team, who helped us even though the main conveyancing was long over. It really pays to get a decent firm and I'm so glad we chose well. Highly recommend Thomas and Thomas Solicitors. They are professional. Don't for for a cheap conveyancing firm; you get what you pay for!

Laura and her team kept us updated regularly, were easy and friendly to contact and when it all got a bit stressful towards the end (our mortgage offer was coming to an end and it wasn’t an option to extend or get a new offer) they kept the pressure on and made it all happen for us in time.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.

Team Laura handled our sale extremely efficiently, there were 4 of us on the title some living hundreds of miles away, Laura's team kept us all fully updated and made sure all signatures were done in a timely manner.

Laura Matthews and her team at Thomas & Thomas Solicitors assisted us to settle a very difficult probate purchase which took 7-months to grant. We used Thomas and Thomas to proceed on the purchase of our brand new home and the service from start to finish was stress free. Alun, Farah & team did a tremendous work with the process of sorting out all the legal work and liaising with the other representatives in the process.

Used Thomas and Thomas to proceed with our house sale and purchase during the Summer / Autumn 2020. Instruction went through end of July, completion October of that year, this all while Covid 19 made things VERY difficult. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Despite the fact it's an even busier period then usual for conveyancing at the minute, and the fact parties involved in our sale were difficult to deal with, the level of service and speed at which Laura and Emma progressed through the end-to-end process was great.
