Fell apart at the seams
Two shirts literally fell apart at the seams. Another the buttons came off in the wash. I have other shirts from other brands, which are used and laundered in exactly the same way. The cost less and have lasted longer. Thomas Pink are simply not worth the extra money.
'Customer service' asked me to send it to their 'lab' at my cost. I queried this and they agreed if it was their fault they would reimburse the cost of postage. I reluctantly agreed. The accepted they were to blame and send me a gift card for the value!
I chased and argued and eventually got someone to manually credit my account with the funds for the shirt they had kept anyway.

Thomas Pink are a complete shambles!
Still waiting for a refund some 2 weeks after Thomas Pink received a returned shirt from me! Wrong shirt sent by Thomas Pink in the first place!
Thomas Pink will respond to this posting eventually by telling me to contact their generic email address...which is a complete waste of time as they ignore your emails and ignore requests to escalate the matter.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY THOMAS PINK AS YOU WILL END UP REGRETTING LIKE I DO!
