I was due for an upgrade
I was due for an upgrade, so visited the Three store in Bangor. Usually I don’t look forward to going to the store as in the past I’ve found the staff to be quite rude and I never feel welcome. Today however was a different experience. I was greeted with a smile from the sales assistant Jacob, who was happy to help me upgrade my contract. The service I got was quick and friendly. Maria who was his colleague came over and helped with the upgrade, also with a friendly and helpful attitude. My upgrade was done quickly and they both seemed so happy to help.
It was so refreshing to have this service at the three store and I look forward to next time I have to visit the store.

Had a lovely experience in Bangor three store this afternoon. We were assisted by both Maria and Jacob who let us know they were fairly new to the company and we had great service, very quick and helpful. We usually dread going into the store as we always find it very unhelpful and always leave feeling like our problems have not been solved yet today we left there feeling satisfied. The pair were very friendly and the atmosphere in store was pleasant and not uncomfortable like I have felt before.
Both Jacob and Maria are an asset to your company.

I'm not a decision maker, so I did need some help in choosing a new phone to walk away with today. Jacob was there from the get go, helping me
through my options, and very patiently so! Thank you so much for everything you did today, Much appreciated. Definitely recommend going to see the team in Bangor at the 3 Mobile shop. Nothing was too much trouble.

Daiva and the team are really helpful
Daiva took her time with me to help me with what ended up being a complicated problem. Then she took time to talk me through a numbers of options that could save my family money. She’s friendly and helpful - exactly what is needed when you walk into a shop.

She considered me for student discount, which no one offered in the previous contracts.
She was willing to work extra hours even after her work hours just to ensure my contract with 3 for the new year was renewed properly. I'm truly thankful.
