A very positive experience
I had a problem with my Samsung phone and came in to ask advice as l have a Three contract. Dylan was very patient and managed to sort my phone. I am elderly and he was so patient, professional and courteous.
I would love to commend him, and thank him for a very positive experience. No hesitation in recommending the team.

Pleasantly surprised
I popped into the Newcastle branch today on my lunch break to discuss getting a new iPhone and was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy the process was. Nathan listened to what I wanted and needed, gave me a few options to consider and I walked out with a new phone within half an hour. Very happy with the service provided by Nathan and three overall. I have been a customer with three for over 15 years and can’t imagine I would ever change networks.

3 was the only provider that was able to help me when my Internet cable was broken outside leaving me with no Internet until an engineer could do call out. Andy at the 3 store Newcastle was great. Able to provide me with WiFi box. Quick and easy. Thank you!
