I cannot thank all of the staff enough at 3 in Norwich city centre, especially Jack who saw to me. His personable and professional approach during the contract process was excellent. I was made to feel reassured and confident that '3' is the right company for me.

Nikita helped me sort out a sim only plan for my son, super friendly and helpful and went back today to sort out a new sim card as my old on stopped working, will certainly go back again when its time to renew the contract 😊 (rewrote this as first one was removed for some reason)

Great experience
Great experience, Wayne got me a better deal for my SIM, same tariff. Changed my SIM over to help out with connection issues and also cleaned out my speakers and charger port to help with my charging speeds.
