Went to my Solihull shop to seek tech help after spending 2hrs on phone to main support who just could not resolve my esim issue where I could not make or receive calls! Spent 25 minutes with Sam who resolved the problem, so well done Sam (female) & thanks. Updated, your reply assumed Sam was male so I have edited my review to say Sam was female!

Poor shop. No help what so ever. Avoid at all cost. Staff may as well wear masks as they rob you for commission. Very poor will avoid at all costs
