I had an item that needed to be sourced and sent once in stock. This was clearly portrait on the website, prior to ordering, so I was willing to wait. Recently ordered a sonik rc cub s 500 plane. Even with current delays it was dispstched very quickly. I orded it on a Fri and it came by the following Tues! I love the fact unlike any other rc shop, with these guys min spend is only £30 to get free delivery not £100's! The product was best value and sent by reputable dilvery company DPS. My advice buy from this shop who have stock in uk not someone like Banggood where delivery is several weeks,customs charges can be added and returns prob not accepted or too much money/time to do. Definitly be buying my next bird from Timetunnel!

Really easy to order online had a response about delivery next day rc car only took two days to arrive which is excellent saying that everything going of with covid 19.would reccomend to friends and family.

I had a small issue with my RC car which I purchased from TTM. I was sent all replacement parts by 24h tracked postage.The issue was resolved promptly and I got my toy up and running. The customer service I received from Neil was outstanding. I sent few emails asking about the settings etc to which I received swift reponse. Three weeks later I made another purchase. If only others could be as good!!

Growing up, I was lucky enough to have a Tamiya RC truck. Still remember the day that huge box arrived from the UK. More recently I decided to re-live the same excitement with my own kids. After some research online, I decided Time Tunnel Models seemed like a trust worthy choice. They were very helpful with a couple of questions I had over the phone before I placed the order. The process was easy, I could track the order online and it arrived on time. The prices were also very competitive. During assembly I realized I was missing a very small piece (not sure if I lost it myself) , after contacting them I received the part in a couple of days with overseas mail. My personal experience was excellent, I can fully recommend Time Tunnel Models.
