Decided 30 years since building a Tamiya grasshopper to go back to a hobby I love found time tunnel models online and having in the past being used to be able to walk into a model shop felt a little apprehensive, but my fears were unfounded because the service was fantastic superbly packaged and prompt delivery .
Have now in total ordered 3 models and various spares and paints and can do nothing more than recommend wholeheartedly from my experience

Bought the new HK 1/32 Avro Lancaster at a very reasonable price, great communication, polite knowledgable, would highly recommend Time Tunnel Models. D Mckie

I've never made a radio controlled car before, and wanted to build the Tamiya Defender.
The first thing that attracted me to Time Tunnel Models was the competitive price. Being very much a novice when it came to r/c, I sent an email to Time Tunnel explaining this, and could they offer some advice. I received a reply from a gentleman called Neil. In his email he explained what I would need to get my Defender up and running. Neil explained the different types of equipment with their advantages and disadvantages. I found this really helpful when making my selection. My order arrived well packaged and on date promised. I would throughly recommend Time Tunnel Models as a first class company.

Fast efficient, very helpful with good communications. Item well packed and received in the time stated. They be seeing us again and again.

Knowing nothing about model kits but having a son who had asked for one for his Birthday I contacted time tunnels, their advise was great and helped me choose the perfect starter kit for him,

Excellent. Ordered a car kit for nephew, all was well for a week then a minor problem started with the hand controller (it would not go forwards). The company gave me a free return label and a replacement controller arrived within 3 days of me posting off the broken one. Really can't fault them at all.

Very poor disappointing service , spent literally hundreds with this firm on models but upon the one and only return I made (a badly damaged kit) using their own return service they said they never received it. The poor business attitude , arrogance & flippancy towards a customer who’d spent hundreds with them was astonishing. Proceeded to legal action against this firm, beware though they are in Scotland and issuing legal action against them is different but possible , they are aware of this and told me in a very arrogant way that I’m wasting my time and money with such action. Frankly I’m disgusted - save your money and potential hassle -buy from someone who is grateful for good customers.

Yet again ladies and gentleman see the arrogance of the business who it appears has been taken to Court before as they stated in writing that my proceedings would be a waste of money as they would be chucked out of Court - well we’ll see. Astonishing level of arrogance , they sent ME a return label and the post office gave me a receipt which he says was for a letter which makes no sense, it’s just excuses. They had the kit back and refused the refund because sadly the label they gave was Not tracked - just a basic parcel return - People don’t make the same mistake I did and trust this arrogant fact distorting firm. *** Further update THE FIRM & PAID the Court Claim in FULL with Statutory Interest proving that for lack of decent customer service this could have been avoided *****

Excellent service and would highly recommend. I was struggling for a part for my model and was unable to source. I contacted tune tunnel models and Neil went above and beyond to source a part for me and provided alternative options as a back up. Neil’s advice was spot on and my order arrived very quickly.

Thanks again for all your help. I have a very happy son who can finally use his RC Car.
