Great service today. All staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Don't be a fool like me and DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT!!!! Buy a car from Trade Centre. Literally sold us a rust bucket that we only found out about on a service. Apparently they do a 72 point check, I'll assume that's on the vending machines on site as its certainly not on any of the cars they sell. The entire bottom on the car has rotted away, including suspension, shock absorbers, even holes in the brake discs. According to them it's from general wear and tear, which is impossible seeing as we've had the car 4 months in the driest summer in history. I guess it must have been marooned at sea for 6 months before they had it themselves. Terrible company who sell cars that aren't fit for the road, so save yourself the hassle and learn from my mistake of NEVER buying a car from Trade Centre. Best way I can emphasise how bad they are is if you had the choice of a car from Trade Centre or to have a vasectomy done by Edward Scissor Hands choose the latter as it will be a far less painful experience

Leah was great today, she has given me clear guidance during the process whilst maintaining a friendly and polite atmosphere and has answered many questions and provided peace of mind to myself.

Drove to view cars advertised on their website showing significant reductions. Upon arrival at the Rotherham branch I was approached immediately despite just wanting to look, this was to be told to ignore the prices marked and go by what the stickers said. Having looked at all the makes of car i had travelled to see it became apparent firstly i couldn't see the ones from the website and secondly that the prices varied massively. When I requested to see one of the said cars from the Web page I was told that it had sold, as had the second one but that deals were to be had on the ones they had although they were older. Note that the deals they could do didn't match the website reductions although possible if id have gone through the full Motions maybe this would have changed but would NOT have been like the website was showing. My assumption is this is why you cant search for specific cars online.
In my opinion the deals online are a ruse to get you through the door !
Unless one is in your doorstep avoid at all costs unless you want to pay the advertised price for a much older car or more money for the same.

Mo was fantastic and was very efficient and friendly.

From start to finish I have been messed about , I was promised scratches would be removed before I collected it, but they wasn’t and still haven’t been done , I took it in a few wks after a months wait to be told I needed to leave it for 3 days I was not told this. I was also abused by a staff he actually swear at me.. J jAmes is supposed to be compensating me for a wasted day 7 hrs they had and did nothing. I paid in full in cash and I hate this car now, I have also been told I cannot have a cc while they keep it for 3 days..
I will never buy from here again the company is a sham.. it’s made me ill

They show on website £3000 off on every single car and i drive somerset to wednesbury just for buy a car. When i reach there then i check on some care they give discount £500 and some £1000 i don't understand why they are doing fake advertisement and misguide customers

The amount of cars they sell that are below par is unreal! After buying 2 cars which were fine we trusted Trade Centre Coventry branch again with the third one. Unfortunately we are now left with a vehicle that cannot be driven, We cannot afford the repair bill of 3.5k or the ongoing finance payments after a DSG gearbox failure within 4 months of purchase. Both Trade Centre and the finance company have been less than helpful and refused to allow rejection of the vehicle under the consumer rights act. They did not check the auto gear oil in the 99 point inspection, which is proven to directly cause mechatronic failures and that inspection isn’t worth the paper it’s written on anyway! They then appointed and paid for an ‘independent’ inspection (and I use that term loosely!) which went in their favour conveniently! This whole situation has taken months of chasing as well and getting nowhere, the after sales service is shocking! Fault happened in February 2026 and the outcome wasn’t received until July! The car is now about to be repossessed by the finance company and we will still be left over 12k out of pocket plus the repair costs!! We now have a complaint with the Finacial Ombudsman and we feel incredibly let down by Trade Centre.
Please do your research before buying a car from here. We’re part of a rapidly growing number of consumers that are in this position or even worse off!

They make you feel welcome from the time you walk in. No real high pressure sales pitch. Very knowledgeable about the cars. Nothing is too much trouble. Very helpful with the form filling and patient with all the questions asked. I was given a very fair price for my old car. The car I left in was absolutely pristine. I really liked the fact that you get a paper with all the checks done on the car and any replacements necessary. I would highly recommend the Rawmarsh branch.

Seems though we only get responses by putting one star reviews in. Fv18koe - formal request for compensation- failure to respond I will be instructing a solicitor.

Took a little while, but we got the car we wanted and drove away the same day. There was no hard sell but everything was explained thoroughly. Everyone we dealt with was welcoming and friendly.
