We were made to feel very relaxed by Elizabeth the assistant. We given some excellent advice and we chose a great holiday at a very reasonable price.

Liz was so helpful and took time to find the right holiday for us, knowlegable, friendly, listened to what we like and dont like etc. Booked our holiday last year with Liz and her recommendations were spot on.

Chris has always been knowledgeable and very helfull with any enquiries and bookings ,always a pleasure to deal with him

Great team friendly and efficient. Booked everything from flights hotel car parking and transfers. Printed out all information including boarding passes. Brilliant service would recommend and use again.

The gentleman we sat down with to discuss our Cruise was very knowledgeable and understanding. He answered all our questions and queries.

Great service at Travel house Merthyr with Chris , was looking for a 4 day break . Chris looked at a few places with our suggested budget he spent a lot of time showing us different places & we settled on Prague as he found us good flight times & from Bristol which was what we wanted , he was very patient & pleasant as we kept changing our minds but he found us a nice hotel in budget & told us all about the area & what we should visit while we at. We booked the holiday over the phone the following day with Chris . Excellent service

I use Travel house. Merthyr regularly and always get Christopher Allen to arrange my yearly visit to Australia he is a breath of fresh air and nothing is to much trouble for him He really is an amazing person and is an asset to your company I am very satisfied with the service I receive
