Called into Travel House on the spur of…
Called into Travel House on the spur of the moment, just to see if there were any bargains available, for almost immediate Travel. Within twenty minutes, I walked out having booked, payed for, and chosen something suitable for a week in the sun. The sales assistant was professional and courteous, as are all the staff at Merthyr Travel House.

Jamie helped with me today with looking for a holiday for next year. I gave him quite a few destinations because I was not sure where I really wanted to go. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He had all the time in the world for me. He was chatty & very knowledgeable. Working in a school, means I can only go during the school holidays. For 2 was All Inc prices for Tenerife, Greece & even Spain were the same for the Caribbean. So, I booked for the Caribbean staying in an Adult only hotel Rui Republica Dominican Republic 🇩🇴

Excellent customer service, the cruise we were going to book was not what we expected, which was pointed out by the staff, and was given alternative options, of which we accepted ,and picked our cruise, thanks to their help.We are loyal Travel House customers, the staff a very friendly and professional, we always come away positive.
