Hi Sarah. We're concerned that this is the first we've heard of this and thank you for reporting it. Your item was despatched on the 14th with Royal Mail Signed For (the tracking number was sent to you directly via PayPal). I've just tracked it now on the Royal Mail website and it reports that they attempted delivery on the 15th and there didn't seem to be anyone in. They usually leave a card. There are options for collecting from your local post office if you have a calling card or to re-deliver.
