I have no problem with the actual service, However as part of the service im supposed to have the car washed and cleaned,after taking it back to be cleaned for the second time, I still ended up having to pay to get it cleaned elsewhere.

The whole experience was fantastic end to end. No complaints at all. From asking to book a test drive, it took less than 24h to get in touch, they booked the drive for the very next day. Both Jake and Harvey were helpful and polite and very responsive. From ordering the car (which they had in stock elsewhere), it took less than the expected tine to get it, and I am very pleased with it.
Should I ever need a new car… this is where I’d come!

Staff made whole experience easy
Staff made whole experience easy, even when issue over registration with DVLA, which was not their fault. Knowledgeable staff with 'no pressure' sales approach.
Would have been 5* but for some minor issues with the quality of the internal valet which were not noticed at the time; I live 65 miles away from them so easier to sort myself.
