Exactly the level of help I needed: I was guided through the options, process and documents step by step. All my queries and requests were addressed, so I could make an informed decision.

Staff made whole experience easy, even when issue over registration with DVLA, which was not their fault. Knowledgeable staff with 'no pressure' sales approach.
Would have been 5* but for some minor issues with the quality of the internal valet which were not noticed at the time; I live 65 miles away from them so easier to sort myself.

His knowledge was genuinely impressive and it gave us complete confidence in our decision.
The car arrived earlier than expected and Geoff kept us fully updated at every stage of the process. When it was time to collect the vehicle (which had been prepared for us and was absolutely spotless), he spent as long as we needed walking us through all the features and technology, making sure we felt comfortable before driving away.
Overall, it was an easy, stress free experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Geoff as an experienced and trustworthy salesperson, and I will be returning to him for my next purchase, without a doubt.
