We recently hired a bus from UK mini bus hire to transport members of our community from London to Northampton for a special event, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

From the moment we booked, the communication was clear, and their team was incredibly professional. The bus arrived right on time, and the driver was courteous, friendly, and highly experienced. Everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey.

The bus itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making the long journey enjoyable for everyone. We were especially impressed by how smoothly everything went, which allowed us to focus on the event without worrying about transport logistics.

Quaggy Diners Day Out at the Seaside

The driver Dave, was most accommodating and friendly. The minibus was clean and comfortable. Edward, who was my contact at the company was most helpful and swift to respond to emails. The price was lower than other hire companies.

Excellent service, thank you

Excellent service. We used Guildford Minibus hire for around 20 people after our wedding and they arrived nice and early and the driver didn't once get impatient rounding everyone up at midnight! I would definitely use them again. Thank you

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I would not even give it a 1 star but can’t proceed until I put a star on.
We booked a mini bus for a family trip of 18 people from south wales to west midland safari park. The age range is 2-65 years old and most of us are professionals workers, you can imagine trying book time off together will be chaotic, how ever majority of us took unpaid leave to we can have our annual family trip. We paid £1100 for a 18 seater with driver. On the 14/09/2024 the bus was meant to pick us up at 8am to arrive at the Safari for 10am with our booked entry to Safari animal drive for 10:30am The bus didn’t arrive. I called multiply times, my aunts and cousins called multiple times and no answer. Finally when 3 of the members managed to get through we had the phone be hanged up whilst asking where the bus was. We was not shouting but very patient and civil despite we had every right to be angry. Our calls kept being hanged up without any explanation which added to the frustration and concern. Finally after 10:30am one of the aunt managed to speak to the manager/owner called Edward with a very strong Indian accent. She questioned him why our calls being dropped by staff and he said because we were trying find a coach and driver, she asked why was that not being explained as that is the basic customer service and Edward had nothing to say. She asked from this point onwards where do we stand with the bus and Edward said there is no coach or driver and said sorry and nothing can be done about it. Aunt argued that we have been in communication with your company for past 3 months and paid in full and on the day of the trip your saying you don’t have a driver or bus for us and Edward replied yes. Aunt demanded for full refund of the £1100. to which Edward said partially refund which made the matters more worse as we failed to understand why partially refund if the company failed to deliver service. Aunt demanded compensation for the Safari tickets (£435.75) as we no longer can go as by then enough time was wasted and we would not have time to drive there 2hours, go through safari another 2 hours and then the theme park and Edward replied ‘these things happens in life and nothing can we done about it and cannot compensate for that. He also said ‘if we were to book a plane ticket and it didn’t turn up then would be have a refund?’ My aunt replied professional and ethical business always have a duty of care for their customers and yes it would be refunded. He then referred to the T&Cs which they sent day before the trip leaving me no time to read it and in all honesty who reads T&Cs as you believe business in good faith as good customer services will bring more business based on reviews. Today we received an invoice of a refund of £750 only and not the full £1100 for the coach. We will be taking legal proceedings now.I have o my highlighted some of the conversation. We have full recordings of the conversation as evidence as well as 22 email correspondence and many call logs.

We were used for time so we did not…

I am writing this on behalf of the charity
Children with voices
We were used for time so we did not ring around and compare prices.
we were quoted a price for a 36 seater, was a tad expensive bit we went with it.
we booked for the 24th of August but unfortunately the weather had stated that it was going to rain all day.
I called Sharon and explained and she seemed nice enough to say ok we can re book it for a better day (we went on the 1st September).
Little did we know she was going to add £100 charge which we did not expect, we are a children charity and had arrange for 48 people to attend free of charge due to the cost of living and families not being able to afford to get away during the summer. we had to fund-raise for that amount witch would have been better off spending on the children & families or paying for an extra staff member.
We will not be using again as we like to work with companies that have a compassion for children and the inevitable weather that was not promised to us.
The coach company that we did get in the end (As Sharon works for a third party - who did not see the money) was great and we will be making sure we book in advance which means we can compare the coach market.

Straight forward booking good price

Straight forward booking good price. The driver contracted me to say he was at the meeting point and was early. The mini bus was clean and comfortable. The driver was really nice and drove lovely. The return pick up was equally as good definitely would recommend

Used for a short journey, and very good

We used ukminibushire for a couple of short journeys to transfer students to and from an external school. The driver, Bavin was very professional, and helpful when we left a water bottle on the bus. We would recommend to others.
