Good and reliable transport to the…

Good and reliable transport to the airport for 8 blokes and their golf bags. It wasn’t the most luxurious but it was comfortable enough, great friendly driver and very reasonably priced - would use again.

Funeral

Safe, comfortable and clean, the coach driver was there on time and took the guests to our reception venue quickly. We would definitely use this company again, albeit hopefully in happier circumstances.

Highly recommended This is the first time I have used…

This is the first time I have used ukminibushire and found them to be an excellent service.
I received a message from the driver first thing in the morning to confirm his arrival time.
Great driver, very pleasant, he interacted with all the passengers and helped us on and off the bus.
My only criticism is that the seats could have been brushed down to clear them of small bits of debris from previous passengers.
Would I use them again? YES.
Great service, reasonable prices.

Good contact, bad bus driver

The contact and preparations with Sharon went very good. She's very responsive and flexible. The problem was with the bus driver for the return who did not know where to go and got lost. We almost miss the Eurostar back to the Netherlands. Please, make sure that the driver knows where he needs to go before you start the journey!

Transfer wedding party to Church and back again…

Booked a minibus to transfer wedding party from the venue to the church and back again.
Venue was very remote with absolutely no mobile signal so needed driver information before I arrived at the venue!
This information did not arrive until 24 hours before the trip!

Driver very nice and good journey BUT took the long way round and we arrived AFTER the bride!!
Return journey much quicker and obviously the route that should have taken before the wedding!

Maybe if the driver had more time to research his journey he would have worked that out for himself?!

Good communication from the outset but lack of understanding about venue and my frustrations re lack of driver information gives them 4/5!

Alls well that ends well

We received an email to cancel our minibus the day/evening before it was due to arrive, we had made the mistake of booking with this company before reading the reviews (trip adviser), we decided to book with another company ( local and excellent reviews) on the pretence that ukminibus would cancel as history showed they probably would,which they did, I thank them for the refund of £250, but would not use them again , could of been a disaster for my wife's 60th birhday trip.

Poor service

I booked a minibus to take 14 children from Woking Station to Guildford Spectrum Leisure Centre for my daughter's 9th birthday party.

On arrival at Woking I called the driver who told me he was running late. He didn't call me to tell me this, I had to call him.

We had travelled on a bus and 2 trains to get there already and had a booking in the Leisure Centre at a certain time that it felt unfair on the children to be late for given they only get 90 minutes in the pool.

We ended up having to get two large taxis from outside the station instead of waiting for the minibus we had paid for.

When I had a a conversation with the office to explain that we had had to leave under our own steam, I was told that 'there was a problem with my logistics' and that 'I didn't understand the amount of traffic there was in Woking because I lived in London',

Very poor service. We paid £300 for a return journey and only used it one way. No apology was offered.

Great service

Driver picked us up after a wedding at a remote location, on time and got us all back to Bristol happy! Book was easy and there was a nice customer service call the day before to confirm the booking. Would book again.

We recently Excellent Service for Our Community Eventhired a bus from [Company…

We recently hired a bus from UK mini bus hire to transport members of our community from London to Northampton for a special event, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

From the moment we booked, the communication was clear, and their team was incredibly professional. The bus arrived right on time, and the driver was courteous, friendly, and highly experienced. Everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey.

The bus itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making the long journey enjoyable for everyone. We were especially impressed by how smoothly everything went, which allowed us to focus on the event without worrying about transport logistics.

Quaggy Diners Day Out at the Seaside

The driver Dave, was most accommodating and friendly. The minibus was clean and comfortable. Edward, who was my contact at the company was most helpful and swift to respond to emails. The price was lower than other hire companies.

Excellent service, thank you

Excellent service. We used Guildford Minibus hire for around 20 people after our wedding and they arrived nice and early and the driver didn't once get impatient rounding everyone up at midnight! I would definitely use them again. Thank you

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I would not even give it a 1 star but can’t proceed until I put a star on.
We booked a mini bus for a family trip of 18 people from south wales to west midland safari park. The age range is 2-65 years old and most of us are professionals workers, you can imagine trying book time off together will be chaotic, how ever majority of us took unpaid leave to we can have our annual family trip. We paid £1100 for a 18 seater with driver. On the 14/09/2024 the bus was meant to pick us up at 8am to arrive at the Safari for 10am with our booked entry to Safari animal drive for 10:30am The bus didn’t arrive. I called multiply times, my aunts and cousins called multiple times and no answer. Finally when 3 of the members managed to get through we had the phone be hanged up whilst asking where the bus was. We was not shouting but very patient and civil despite we had every right to be angry. Our calls kept being hanged up without any explanation which added to the frustration and concern. Finally after 10:30am one of the aunt managed to speak to the manager/owner called Edward with a very strong Indian accent. She questioned him why our calls being dropped by staff and he said because we were trying find a coach and driver, she asked why was that not being explained as that is the basic customer service and Edward had nothing to say. She asked from this point onwards where do we stand with the bus and Edward said there is no coach or driver and said sorry and nothing can be done about it. Aunt argued that we have been in communication with your company for past 3 months and paid in full and on the day of the trip your saying you don’t have a driver or bus for us and Edward replied yes. Aunt demanded for full refund of the £1100. to which Edward said partially refund which made the matters more worse as we failed to understand why partially refund if the company failed to deliver service. Aunt demanded compensation for the Safari tickets (£435.75) as we no longer can go as by then enough time was wasted and we would not have time to drive there 2hours, go through safari another 2 hours and then the theme park and Edward replied ‘these things happens in life and nothing can we done about it and cannot compensate for that. He also said ‘if we were to book a plane ticket and it didn’t turn up then would be have a refund?’ My aunt replied professional and ethical business always have a duty of care for their customers and yes it would be refunded. He then referred to the T&Cs which they sent day before the trip leaving me no time to read it and in all honesty who reads T&Cs as you believe business in good faith as good customer services will bring more business based on reviews. Today we received an invoice of a refund of £750 only and not the full £1100 for the coach. We will be taking legal proceedings now.I have o my highlighted some of the conversation. We have full recordings of the conversation as evidence as well as 22 email correspondence and many call logs.
