My husband and I bought puffajackets from them on same day. He has worn his daily, mine only a handful of times 1-2hrs. The padding has separated into cotton balls making the jacket basically 2 layers... See more

A complete disgrace
A complete disgrace, I wish I could give negative stars. Rejected my return in store because their machine couldn't match the item code when I purchased it 2 days prior in that store. I then reached out to customer service who replied once saying they would look into it and now ignore my emails and when I call they tell me they have no case so please submit again via email, then just ignore again. The manager of this department should be sacked immediately. Won't be shopping there again after multiple visits
expectation vs reality on a uniqlo shirt
Bought a shirt as a gift for my brother and got very much excited because this is a famous brand. However, upon receiving it, it's true to size but the quality did not meet the price of the shirt. I guess we're just paying only for the brand and not the overall wearing experience. Not that worth the money.

Best style but i thhink its a bit pricey. And the courier is so slow to delivering the order package.
What happened ???
What happened ???
Ive ordered a shirt but when i receive it there are stitches that isn't good, well because i think i expected better since it looked good in the photos i don't know what happened maybe. It seems this was not properly checked before shipping tho the fabric is really good i just don't like those visible stitches
Ordered in seconds - refund taking weeks
Ordered in seconds - my money was taken. But try to return good and get your money back with the same urgency - not a chance. It's now been 4 weeks, as my refund inches its way back to my bank account. Appalling. There is something going on with online retail - delaying the return process beyond reasonable so the retailer makes ££ on the interest. This happens so frequently. I will NEVER order from UNIGLO again.
Price tag removed for a gift
Not possible to return a pair of jeans I had as a gift because the price tag was removed.
I was bought a extra fine merino wool…
I was bought a extra fine merino wool jumper as a Christmas present, I wore it once this week, washed it and it came out with 5 holes after washing, I contacted customer service who then said it wasn’t their fault that washing at 30 degrees as advised was the cause and they wouldn’t do anything about it, no refund no exchange nothing just my fault
I returned to the Uniqlo Store opp John…
I returned to the Uniqlo Store opp John Lewis as when packing my purchases I left the receipt …It was the second floor and the assistant was so helpful ,patient and kind .I think her name was Amana ? she went through every till and located it eventually . So grateful and relieved ….. Thankyou to your great staff.
I purchased two full-zip cardigan…
I purchased two full-zip cardigan jackets, one of which was intended as a gift for my father overseas. Unfortunately, the gifted item was too large. After returning to the UK, I contacted the store and was advised to visit in person to arrange an exchange for a smaller size.
When I attended the store, my request was refused as the item was out of stock. I was offered only £7 as a refund for a £40 purchase, with no clear explanation or reasonable alternative. This was already disappointing, but the manner in which the situation was handled was far worse. The store manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and asked me to leave the store, raising her voice as though I had done something wrong. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional.
I also offered proof of purchase via my bank statement, which was refused without consideration. Additionally, the second cardigan shrank and began to fray after being carefully washed according to the instructions, yet no responsibility was accepted.
Overall, this experience demonstrated poor customer service, lack of accountability, and unacceptable behaviour from management. For a global brand, this is simply not good enough.
I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend Uniqlo based on this experience.
Return policy is terrible and out of date compared to other retailers
Ordered over £70 worth of clothing online. Didn’t fit me.
Called Customer Service who advised me to take to any store to get a refund. I could also return by post but would have to pay for posting. I decided I would take it to my nearest store.
After travelling an hour to Westfield and queuing for ages, l was told l couldn’t get the refund.
I asked why and was told they only have limited space. What?? You’re a bloody big shop.
You are the only company that does this. Other clothing stores take returns either by post or in store. You should also train your staff to give the correct information. After waiting for ages on the phone you gave out the wrong information
Terrible service and terrible product return policy
Sadly I must also join the 1 star…
Sadly I must also join the 1 star brigade. My wife loves the brand and I also have a few tops. Sadly bought some trousers using the online sizing guide I came up with XL, which as a 34 waist did surprise me. When they came the labels confirmed they were XL 38+ waist which meant they fell off me. Differed greatly from the size guide on line. I returned and reorder the correct size (by deduction and guesswork) and they arrived and are fine. My 1 star is because I have been charged for the return when it is their sizing guide that is at fault. I did email but no response. Looking at the other reviews on here I should really count myself lucky ! I wont use them again simply for this fact.
BEWARE: USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
This company is not interested in customer service or resolving defective items sold. An expensive coat I purchased has developed extreme pilling/fluff just from rain without any touching/friction within 2 months!
They've seen the pictures and keep making silly assumptions and excuses to avoid responsibility to exchange/refund their defective coat material which can't deal with rain!
I've sent complaint 01193958 to them, and their staff Abdul / Anum just create fictitious excuses to avoid responsibility.
Will have to escalate to ombudsman and trading standards now.
Beware this company!

I’d have used zero stars if it was an option
Returned an online purchase. Received confirmation that they had it back. Didn’t hear anything chased the refund to be told they had no record or my return. Sent the email they sent me . They investigated and closed the case as they said they didn’t receive it. Poorest company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the quality… 9 months use and fallen apart
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the quality of these Uniqlo trousers. I’ve had them for LESS THAN A YEAR, and they’ve already FALLEN APART.
When we contacted customer support, we were told it was simply “normal wear and tear,” which was very frustrating to hear. I’ve owned trousers from other brands that have lasted for years without this kind of issue.
Sadly, based on this experience, I would not recommend buying these trousers from Uniqlo. I’ll also be sharing my experience with friends and family.
Where’s my money???
I sent back my clothes I got for Christmas the 5 of January. I’ve written dozens mails back and forth and now there’s radio silence. Haven’t heard back from them since the 27th of January, it’s now the 13th of February.
No money refunded, no nothing.
Do NOT buy from this site, it’s honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I will never buy from this place, tell others of Uniqlo or even slightly consider it.
Very disappointed. First and last time shopping here.
I ordered a jumper for my son for a Christmas present but he lives in South America at the moment. I took the jumper on a visit straight after Christmas but ended up staying an extra 2 weeks due to sickness and unable to fly. The jumper was too big so I asked for a refund. As it was passed the refund date they replied saying they could do nothing, even though I could produce a medical report. They couldn’t even give me a credit note or gift card in exchange and maybe if I went to the store I could get a smaller size. Which is no good as I won’t see him now for one year. I was so disappointed with this store. Unfortunately it’s my first and last time I will shop there.
NO REFUND ISSUED DESPITE PROOF OF RETURN
Returned 3 shirts and despite sending proof of the delivery. Was told it was not located in the warehouse. So cased was closed on thereside with no refund issued or credit note, Will not be using this company again as that amounted to close to £100 lost.
AVOID IF YOU LIKELY TO NEED TO RETURN
It was a bad experience customer…
It was a bad experience customer services useless and seems that they don’t want to be there talking to you took almost one month for refund and even though they say it’s free returns they charge me
Returns are all at the customer's…
Returns are all at the customer's expense, and diificult. Even when items are defective - and they often are with bizarre sizing and cuts - the customer must pay to return. There is no customer service. No number, no email. It's all fraudulent AI-friendliness. In addition, much of the reason to shop here; cotton quality - is gone with polyester replacing cotton and wool. My last UNIGLO purchase.
