From getting help at the start on selecting a good quality carpet and underlay, to then having a free measure up and then to finish off having two amazing fitters (Rob and Lloyd) who worked solid for 5 hours to fit carpet almost throughout the whole house. We are so, so pleased with the results and the entire experience we had with your company. Excellent value for money and a great team. Thank you everyone!

Fabulous. Chose some vinyl for our on-suite and bathroom after a refit. The staff at Crewe were helpful and attentive.
They arranged fitting on a date to suit, our fitter was punctual, engaging and very professional. He fitted the vinyls beautifully and took great care to get all the details correct. I am absolutely thrilled to bits with the result and could not be happier. Thank you, and thanks especially to the team that made this happen.
Prices were fab too.

Called into the store to choose 2 carpets and kitchen flooring apart from a hello on entry the customer service lacked. On helping an elderley friend to choose I was so glad she wasnt on her own we were mildly helped due to sizes and basicly left to our own devises however whilst choosing, lunch arrived for both workers which was made clear we were interupting we had given the choices and was given a price as some decoration is require prior to fitting Just before we left I asked do you not need her Name or address and he just wrote a surname at the top if the page in a note book no address no contact number to follow up?? and was told it will 2.5 weeks before can fit but as we asked if they could come and measure up too no arrangements were addressed
We left feeling totally bemused and unimpressed The lady is happy to use UC but quite frankly I would avoid this outfit

Well what a great team of Lads!
Nothing was too much trouble for them.Rob was the upmost professional with his other lad (sorry did not get his name) but he too was fantastic.

Invoice was not broken down, against my better judgement I trusted them!
When I got the invoice checked they had hidden an extra £40!
They boast free fitting when you buy deluxe underlay (which I did).
Then had to pay the fitter £80 !!!!
Next stop TRADING STANDARDS

Excellent service in store when choosing, buying and booking fitting date.
Somehow managed to surpass that and gave even better service, when we finished painting early and couldn't continue until carpet was fitted. I tried on the off chance for an earlier fitting and they called me straight back with the next day at 9am. Superb service.

Good communication and fast fitting, however disappointing that they left all carpets cuts/ rubbish behind.

Great service again from the initial measure and quote through to the fitting. Quick and efficient fitting of two stair carpets and one landing. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

I gave my full measurements to the man in the shop & I booked a fitting . On the day of the fitting no communication, I had to ring the carpet shop to ask approx what time as it was past 12 & the sales nan said he would ring me back, of which he didn't. I was at work at the time & my husbsnd was at home waiting for the carpet to be fitted . When the fitting guys turned up after 2 they said that the carpet was short !!! I measured exactly right as I have done before for the same stairs & landing . They said that the sakes person whom took the order hasn't been jenerous with the sizing as the landing carpet needs to be bigger as it is suppose to go down fully over the first stair. When my husband explained over the phone I imagined the worse, but when I got home I thought the fitters did a lovely job & I was quite happy .lack of communication from the sales person in the shop could have been better , it let the company down in my opinion & I won't trust them again to fit elsewhere in the house . However the independent fitter used his common sense & sorted the carpet & you would never know it should have been fitted snother way. A lip over the first stair is there but it looks OK.
