Definitely recommend
Staff in store were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were helped with our choices and measurements. The price was competitive.
Fitters we’re clean, efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend them.

Poor communication
Didn't receive a text the night before as promised because the guy in the shop didn't write down my number correctly. On the day of the actual fitting, I phoned the shop who contacted the fitter. I was given an approx time but he was over 3 hours late with only one text to say he was running a bit behind. Poor comms.

Great value, great carpet and good service. Guy. Forgot. To put the silver strip.down but when I rang him he came back. Within 10, 15 minutes and didn't for. Me and also offered. To measure. Up my daughters room. For me if I wanted. Am going back soon for. Kitchen flooring 👍

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Plenty of choice in store and the carpet was fitted on a day that suited us.
The fitters were on time and the carpet was laid quickly.

Always received friendly, helpful and excellent customer service from United Carpets and their fitters. We have used them for various rooms in our house to have carpets and wooden flooring fitted.
