Great selection of carpets. Went for a ready rolled cut off for large bedroom. Extremely helpful in store, with measurement help. Delivery for small charge as out of the area. Carpet looks and feels amazing. Good Quality. Great price. Definitely be using in the future.

Really quick and easy
Really quick to do, in the room less that half an hour and only left some hoovering to do which was really satisfying icl, it’s stayed in really good condition and is still like new

Definitely pleased I came back to UB&C
From start to finish I was really really pleased with the advice and help of both the Staff, Tom and Mark and especially the Fitters Jason and Karl. I have purchased from United Beds and Carpets in the past on a small scale. So I knew this is where I wanted to go for my whole house fit. I am so pleased I was not disappointed. It wasn't just about the sale, they actually cared, which made a huge difference to me. Thank you to you guys :)

Rubbish service
Rubbish service.
Ordered identical carpets in 2 widths for adjacent rooms. First carpet was fitted on 8-9-202. Still waiting for second carpet. It’s now mid October. No communication or updates unless I chase. Would not have placed the order with United carpets if I had know how long it would be delayed. Why do you take orders for things that are out of stock. Thinking of cancelling my order. Will not be using them again.

Thomas gave us a great service at Nuneaton United carpets! Within one week, they had been out and measured up, offered lots of support selecting a new carpet. Then today the carpet was fitted in 3 bedrooms, stairs and landing. Fantastic job!!!! We are really pleased with their service from start to finish!
