Always helpful friendly
We have been to united carpets for many years. Each time has been a good experience. The staff especially Tom are always friendly, helpful and ready to give good advice whether it be for a carpet or laminate or cushion flooring. We cannot recommend this company enough . Keep up the good work .

Rubbish service
Rubbish service.
Ordered identical carpets in 2 widths for adjacent rooms. First carpet was fitted on 8-9-202. Still waiting for second carpet. It’s now mid October. No communication or updates unless I chase. Would not have placed the order with United carpets if I had know how long it would be delayed. Why do you take orders for things that are out of stock. Thinking of cancelling my order. Will not be using them again.

Thomas gave us a great service at Nuneaton United carpets! Within one week, they had been out and measured up, offered lots of support selecting a new carpet. Then today the carpet was fitted in 3 bedrooms, stairs and landing. Fantastic job!!!! We are really pleased with their service from start to finish!

Bad fitting experience
I thought the staff in the shop were very helpful.
The fitting of the carpet was much more stressfull. The fitter had to cut my carpet to fit onsite. He did this after it had rained , face down on the road outside. The fitter struggled to get the carpet taught on the stairs and so there are ripples. Overall not very happy with the experience

Professional store!!!! We were left to make our own decision and no pressure was placed on us. Advice was given when required.
Fitted came as planned. Professional job all round. Advice given on the carpet itself and was fitted with care. All off cuts were left for our disposal.

Really poor in measuring length before…
Really poor in measuring length before ordering. They wasted lots of carpet and vinyls. Also didn’t mention me before job that they cannot cut plinths of fitted kitchen and left all opened. Now i have to spent huge on carpenter to get kitchen back on. Will never recommend to anyone.

We needed carpets for our first floor and stairs. Have us great advice. They held back one bedroom carpet until we were ready (6 months). Brilliant.
We asked them to come back and refit one bedroom carpet after having fitted warbrobes installed. Brilliant.
All at a reasonable cost. Briliiant.
