Excellent service starting in the store with very helpful and friendly staff. Great price and choice. The fitting was very quick with no hassle. Excellent job from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service.
The staff in the store were very helpful on both occasions we visited. Our carpet was fitted by James who was quick and efficient and a very nice guy.

Had x2 carpets and a lino fitted from United Carpets Heeley , Sheffield . Informative assistance in the shop and x3 samples ordered and posted, which was a great help deciding. James was the fitter , he was very efficient and thorough, taking time to realy solve small problems .Thankyou.

Overall a good experience
Everything was fine the assistant in the branch was helpful and friendly - there was a dispute with the carpet fitters the original one was too busy so they sent another team who were excellent. I love the carpet and underlay it finished the room off nicely
My only complaint and it’s petty really is the man who answers the phone I can’t understand anything he says he speaks so fast and joins all his word up why he just can’t talk normally i don’t know like I said petty but really annoying
