Really reasonably priced quality carpets and underlay for 2 bedrooms and a small living room.Would recommend you go for medium to high price carpets to get the best value for money.Couldnt fault the customer service.

Great service from start to finish
Our experience at the Sleaford store of United Carpets was a very positive one. Stephen, the salesman, was very pleasant and knowledgeable without being too pushy and helped in our choice of carpet. The carpet fitter, Craig, layed the carpet with no fuss and did an excellent job. Would recommend both the store and fitter to anyone looking to change their carpets.

Exactly what I was looking for
Exactly the right carpet in exactly the right colour.
Sales staff member was knowledgeable and helpful.
Only downside was the carpet widths were a lot wider than the average room, a hell of a lot of wastage that I paid for only to be binned as they only sell in linear

Charging £220 for 2mm ply and charging me for three times the lino I needed fitter said you have enough for another two job's rip-off considering my whole house needs doing have gone elsewhere

Excellent service from all staff involved. Carpet fitter has done an excellent job as our carpet looks very good and fitted perfectly. From ordering to fitting only took 2 weeks so I was impressed that the work was carried out professionally and all timings met.

The product is very good and the staff…
The product is very good and the staff members who dealt with us were very pleasant and helpful. I think the estimater should place more emphasis on possibility of extra charges if problems encountered. I had to pay an extra £630 which was a shock and it didn't come to light until my old flooring had been ripped up and destroyed so I had no choice but to go ahead. Someone not financially well placed might have struggled with this. I know your small print alerts to this possibility but it was a large unexpected increase. The fitter did a great job however but I was unprepared for the increase.
