We visited Bensons at Kew,but left…
We visited Bensons at Kew,but left feeling we didn’t get enough information on what my 90 year old mum needed. So we drove across to United Carpets and Beds. We looked around for a while and we were approached by a lovely man called Norman. He was fab,so patient and knowledgeable. He gave us so much info and guidance, he really is an asset to the company. Mum now has her new mattress and she is thrilled with it. Thank you Norman.👍

Bad fitting
I have used united carpets for years with no problems. Shop staff very helpful.i had the first room fitted with a light coloured carpet which had a mark on it which they tried to clean when they came back to fit three more rooms. It still has marks on it. The other rooms where fitted badly and cut to short which they came back to stretch but in most places it didn't work.

Disappointed customer
We had bathroom cushon floor laid, following a visit from the rep. Umfottunstely they used thin ply underboard and it now squeaks badly. They came back and tried to make it right but it is only marginally better. Very disappointed, as i will have to take the whole lot up and redo it. ☹️
