I ordered Nikon 50mm lens on 1 December but it has still not arrived. On their website it says that the lens leaves warehouse in 3 – 7 days which is not true!
I sent numerous emails and left a voicemail but did not get any answer from them. Their service is awful.

I have ordered a product through one of your companies, venture direct. I paid over £20 for faster delivery and I have not received any information about my delivery at all. I have emailed several of your other names that you trade under, with no response. My order number is 50616170. I will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning, along with trading standards and the fraud team with police. If you have logistical problems you shouldn't be taking orders, or at the very least informing your customers. I believe you have no intention of delivering these items. I expect a full refund immediately. And don't tell me it's going to take 10 days, you manage to take from my account straight away, so expect it to be returned with the same speed. I won't give up, and I will continue to post on every review page and site I can find, so that no one else gets scammed by you

My order number :506-15527 has still not arrived!!!! No communication from venture direct after numerous emails!! I need the presents for Christmas!!

Given the varying degrees of reviews of this company, I must say that having accepted that they were unable to provide my goods in the time stated and that they would refund the money should I wish to cancel the order, they did just that, and I might add, very promptly, that is to say earlier than they committed to do. So, at the end of day, I think we have a good company here in terms of ethics and very good price/value for money on their goods. They simply struggle to deliver in accord with the stated conditions. Throughout my moans they listened very sympathetically, gave me the option to cancel and refund, and they did just that, and promptly!
Good on them, a happy Christmas to them, and I hope that they ordered all of their own personal Christmas early, like very early!

Don't buy wanting fast delivery for gifts. Luckily I placed my order in advance because it took 5 weeks to arrive! I had no problem with live chat even though it might take 45 mins to get to No 1 in the queue. My order finally arrived and legit at good price. I will use again if I'm not in a hurry for something. Obviously it was imported and not from their base in London. If you want a bargain , be patient.

Very very disappointed. I placed my order for my husband’s Christmas present 4th December order 506-15703. I originally got an email requesting address confirmation which I did immediately. I have tried live chat 3 times and it always gets cut off and states you have left a message. I have tried to ring teice and say in a queue for over 25mins with no answer and I have emailed 3 times. I have totally had enough, please give me a refund!

I ordered a Samsung Tablet from this website on the 3rd of December and I'm still waiting. This is frustrating as it is my daughter's Christmas present. My order number is 515-4542. I would appreciate a response and an update on my order. I've already sent 4 emails and I've received no reply.

Order 506-16093. Ordered a Samsung smart watch a few days ago, main Xmas pressie for my husband. I don’t have much money and payment has been taken, no sign of it being shipped out. Can not afford to buy a replacement in time for Xmas. Paid extra for fast delivery. Please if this cannot be sent out by this weekend I want a full refund as Samsung have brought their prices down and can get it next day delivery. Wish I saw reviews of your place first. Thanks

Ordered a watch over 8 days ago for Christmas present and no update to advise order has been dispatched, no answer when calling and no response to email sent.

Absolutly shocking!

Ordered 28th November. Should have recieved by now, no order update, endless queue on the phone that never gets answered and dont reply to online chat or emails!!!!

AVOID THEM. I cant even request cancel and refund as they dont respond!

Placed an order 11th December for an item showing as "In Stock and choose priority shiping for over £20 to get item before Saturday 16th."; 5 days later, not so much as an order update. Emailed and live chat 2 days ago to chase it - no reply.
Just been on hold for 15 minutes today, despite the message saying only three people in the queue, then it cut me off to a recorded voice.

item 506-16025 order number I am waiting for a refund for over a month now and still not heard anything about it have emaild and been told they are waiting for a response from the finance team surely it dose not take over a month for an answer

i ordered a canon camera from Venture direct before I read the reviews posted on here. when I did read the reviews I was starting to think that I would never receive the camera in time for Christmas. as I was Saving over £100 by using ventures I decided to hold on for the allotted time.

when viewing the product it stated that it would take 1 -2 weeks to despatch (this is under the Price) plus the time to deliver, (I had selected 6 - 8days). the item was despatched on the 2 week anniversary of the purchase date. 30 mins later I received a text message from DPD stating when they are intending to deliver the product.
today I received the item, with in the time frame stated.
I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a techie bargin.
for all those that have given bad reviews check the despatch lead time first, if you cant wait 3 weeks for it to arrive then go else where otherwise I would recommend Venture Direct

Before you trust the 'helpful' reply the company left below...let it be known I IMMEDIATELY replied with my order number. But not a word from Venture Direct; it doesn't seem unfair to conclude even the 'helpful' message below is a scam.

i ordered a phone 11 days ago and still haven't received

I ordered a Nikon D3400 camera on 5th December and selected 6-8 day arrival. Although I have received a confirmation e-mail, I have not had any further information like tracking number nor confirmation of dispatch. I am travelling for Christmas on Saturday 16th and so far have not had an answer to my live chat request.

I note that a previous reviewer has a similar order number to mine and had the same problem with the same camera

I ordered apple airpods on the 29th of November - they were supposed to arrive in 6-8 working days but it's been longer than that and they still haven't arrived. I have sent in emails and they have not responded. I tried calling - had to wait an hour and when I was finally being connected, they hung up. This happened twice. I have been trying to contact them over the live chat for a couple of hours, but I still haven't been connected. It's been an absolutely horrendous experience. I am going away for Christmas break, and I needed them before I leave, but I guess that will not be happening.
