I purchased 2 tiny replacement cereal bowls - the smallest - at least I though it was 2 because next to the price was the (2) symbol and the high price made me conclude I was getting two . In fact one arrived and when I queried it they said that the number (2) next to it was so they could identify the size . Nothing else was similarly numbered and next time Looked the bowls were off the site . Disappointed .

Beautiful items! But pray that everything arrives safely, we had 3 broken items, we asked for replacement it took them 2 weeks to answer. Every time asking for pictures, in the end i gave up. It was disappointing to have such a poor customer service when ordering for 1000€.

I've been purchasing from Villeroy & Boch for years and have never had a problem, so I'm surprised by these reviewers. Always get the order promptly, never had an order cancelled on me. And the quality of their merchandise is astronomically high.True artisans and almost all of it is made in Germany.

Giving 1 Starr as I have to, otherwise 0. They cancelled my order, never received what I ordered.

Don't buy from this company. NO answer regarding when to expect delivery of three overexpensive dinner plates that I ordered and paid for almost a month ago

Definitely the worst on line shopping experience! It Cancelled my orders just saying the promo code listed on their website is invalid. Their products are expensive but the company’s behaviour is so cheap! Will never buy any product from this company, nor will I recommend it to other people!

Made a purchase during a recent promotion on their website. Collected my information, charged my credit card, and then canceled the order a week later due to the promotion code being invalid. A promotion code that their website input itself.

Dishonest. Cancelled my order.

They removed my coupon and cancelled my orders.

Very bad experience! The company cheated people who was placing orders online-they simply removed my coupon and cancelled all orders!!

I have two of Villeroy & Boch toilets fitted in my bathroom and shower room. They were fitted in March and June 2017.
Early in 2018 I noticed that water continued running into the bathroom toilet after flushing. In March V&B aftersales supplied replacement parts which I arranged to be fitted and resolved the problem.
In February 2018 the slow-close on the lid of the shower room toilet failed - it just dropped closed. After about five attempts your aftersales finally managed to send me the correct parts to rectify that problem.
I now find that the long flush no longer works in either of the toilets. Just a short flush whichever button on the flush plate is pressed.
I am appalled by the extremely poor quality of V&B products. If they were they not fitted into my walls I would have them removed and replaced. The toilet in my downstairs cloakroom was purchased at a much lower price from B&Q in 2010 and has worked faultlessly (slow close and long/short flushes).
I opted for VB products thinking they were of high quality - what a mistake!!!

A hinge on our V and B toilet seat fractured so I asked the local supplier to obtain a replacement. After 2 weeks they sent me a quotation. Over £70 !!!!! For a hinge ?????? I found a pair of hinges on Amazon for £8. I replaced the broken one and it all works fine.

V&B did not deliver my order, they promised to send me a refund, but I am still waiting for that. The good thing is that they have paypal, so please always make use of paypal when you order something from the V&B webshop. V&B is not a trustworthy seller.

Do not purchase V&B tiles. Nearly £10k expended, clearly damaged product in sealed boxes, lied to by V&B Germany, total disrespect of our critical home situation...

Now going to legal, do yourself a favour & pass V&B by, they are just not worth it.

This company has acted without honour in any way regarding a clearly flawed product.

Ordered some parts from a dinner service online and was unable to claim the 10% introductory offer. Called the following day with order number and was told it was too late, only thing I could do was to refuse delivery even though they confirmed the order was not processed yet. Emailed again asking for a manager to review this and offered to provide the mail shot they sent me as evidence of entitlement but was simply told it was my fault as I should have entered the information online at the time. If there was a box to do this it wasn't clear. When the delivery came one of the plates was chipped.

I will never again buy from Villeroy and Boch, Exceptionally poor customer services, there are alternatives out there.

Beautiful designs fabulous quality just purchased a cutlery set, pricey but well worth it washes well looks stunning.

Delivered faulty legato unit, immediately reported to supplier. After months of trying to get the fault repaired we eventually received a visit from an Engineer, following the visit we were informed by the supplier that V&B have walked away from their responsibility.
Luckily the supplier have have some morals and taken the responsibility. Totally disgusted with the lack of customer care from V&B and would never consider purchasing any of their products again.

Bought a white Villeroy and Boch sink 2 years ago, its discolored and has grey patches. Called their customer services 3 times but no call back. Rubbish product

We recently purchased 12 of the boro silicate tea cups. 3 months later 3 have already cracked. Due to their construction these cups are supposed withstand large fluctuations in temperature. We also purchased a tea pot from the same range and that has not shown any problem. We propose contacting customer services and will update this post when we get their response.
