Margo Selby towels - good service and lovely towels
We purchased some Margo Selby towels. One size was unavailable after the order was accepted. The issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently and we were offered a generous replacement towel. The service was friendly and personal. No issues with delivery. We are very pleased with the towels. Gorgeous colours and good quality.

Despite having some stock issues just before Christmas, which meant my order was delayed, the team worked so hard to get the items i had ordered to me in time for Christmas, arranging to have them sent directly from the supplier on 24 hour delivery. They kept me informed by phone calls and apologised with a free gift included! Will definitely shop again and highly recommend them.

So friendly & helpful, but website muddle nearly spoilt all

After that, their service was impeccable, friendly and efficient.
The in-stock item arrived on 48hr courier - during the famous week before Christmas - which is remarkable.
