Excellent product, delivered in very good time

Great company to deal with will definitely use again.

Placed quite a large crockery order, very efficient through the process. Arrived well wrapped only one dinner plate broken, asked for a replacement which I am confident will happen.

I would like to say that I most often rate a company on 2 things ……delivery and after sales care …..
Lagoon dispatched the item I had ordered within a few days however the item didn’t reach me as the delivery company had delivered it to another address …..however the way that the team at Lagoon dealt with the problem was brilliant ….regular contact , reassurance that they would sort the problem out etc …..in the end the issue was sorted locally ( the item had been delivered to the sales office on our new housing development and I wasn’t made aware at the time of delivery ! )
I would definitely recommend Lagoon as a company and I am looking forward to ordering with them again ……

I ordered a mirror and a side table. They arrived very quickly, but unfortunately the mirror was broken during transit. I called and on the other end of the line was Emma, very courteous and efficient. She arranged for pick up of the broken mirror and delivery of a replacement one which was much better packaged and therefore arrived safely. She kept me updated at every step. All in all, despite the initial hiccup (or maybe because of the gracious handling and rectifying of it), I’m a happy customer and will definitely check out Vivalagoon again next time I need a new piece of furniture.

Excellent service with regular updates from Emma. My beautiful lamp arrived safely and promptly and looks fabulous in situ. The quality is superb and definitely fits the adage that you get what you pay for.

This company has to commended as having the most exceptional customer service i have ever encountered.
I selected a product for a friends birthday present which Vivalagoon ran out of stock for, so they substituted an alternative and Emma their customer service rep advised me that they had done this prior to delivery. This was not like what we'd ordered so rang them to advise. At this point most companies would walk away but Emma went above and beyond to source a very similar product from another company and get this on a next day delivery, whilst organising a next day collection to collect the original delivery!. Our friend was delighted to receive this at their birthday party. I'm never one to normally complete feedback but this is really service at the very highest level and i commend their company accordingly.

Lovely lights - product is good quality. Took far longer to arrive than expected but the team kept me updated.

Excellent service from Viva Lagoon. Although DPD delayed the delivery of my item, Viva Lagoon staff were updating me constantly via telephone calls and emails until i received my item.

Lovely product, good communication to keep me updated on my order

I was hesitant between giving 4 and 5 stars for this review. The product arrived at my home in perfect condition, and Viva Lagoon was very communicative about the shipping and responsive to my queries. They lost a star because it took so long for it to arrive (I ordered on 30/8 and it arrived on 15/10) and I felt that they didn't accurately set expectations. When I purchased it, it looked like the item was in stock and ready for delivery. Most likely the delay was totally out of their control (joys of modern supply chain issues), however had I know there was a 6-7 week lead time I might have looked at alternatives...
